Placements: Placements in our college are average. Mostly you will get jobs related to the sales domain. BIBS won't be able to attract reputed companies except for small private companies. Students may get the jobs of third-party organisations where the probation period is long and the pay is low. Companies like ITC, Britannia usually recruit 2-3 students out of 400 students.

Placements: A college can arrange interviews for students, but it is up to the students to crack it and get placed. Our college lets us gain enough knowledge and ensures that the students are well presentable by conducting grooming and mentoring sessions. As per our previous batch, all the students who opted for placements got the job.

Placements: BIBS has an excellent and diligent placement cell which takes care of our placements. We too have regular corporate sessions and Management Guests Inspire Series (MGIS) where corporates from different management companies are invited to give students a fair view of the corporate world. Each student gets 6 months paid internship, and students are setting a placement record at BIBS with great salary packages.

Placements: BIBS had an excellent placement record for the last few years. They provided good salary packages and job opportunities. Many companies like KPMG, Bandhan Bank, PWC, Nestle, OYO, HDFC Bank and many more visit the college for placements. Being a student of BIBS 2018-2020 batch, my decision of choosing BIBS is right and worthy. There is a placement cell in college which helps students in getting placements.

Placements: The college provided 100% placements for our senior batch, and placement drives for our batch are yet to be conducted. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Placements: I don't want to give good ratings for placements. Luckily, I got placed in Asian Paints. But, many of my friends are struggling to get a job. They are sending candidates to stores like Armani and Forever 21 for the role of an assistant store manager. They invite lots of companies, but the placements depend upon the abilities of candidates.

Placements: Most of the students in our college got placed, but the salary packages offered are not good. It is nearly 2 LPA to 3 LPA and not more than that. Students are mainly offered sales profile. The placement team helps students a lot to get placed. On-campus placements are less than pool campusing. Most of the companies recruit only 2 or 3 students. PwC recruits around 15 students. BIBS helps students to do 9 certification courses directly from NCFM and NISM.

The pedagogy of BIBS are not confined to bookish definitions only, but one can also apply them to the practical field. Placements are provided based on the SIP.

Our college tries its best to provide us with various job opportunities until we get placed.

Placements: As per my knowledge, 130 students of the senior batch got placed in top companies like Britannia, Lakme, Dabur India, Panasonic, PWC, UAE Exchange, Keventer, Delhi Monte, Reliance, Religare, ITC, HUL, Samsung, Tata Steel, ICICI, Bandhan Bank, Vodafone, etc. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA until now. These companies also provide training and provide pre-placement offers which may be paid or unpaid.

The highest salary package offered was 18 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2.50 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 5 LPA. Around 95% of the students got internships from the college.
