Review of The Bhawanipur Education Society College.

Placements: The placements provided on the campus are good. Many big firms like E&Y, DB Shaw, and Sellouts visit the campus to recruit the students, and you can get placed on the campus. If you are looking for higher studies like MBA, then you can first try your best at such firms as it is an added benefit to your CV and increases your chances of getting admission in a good B-School.

Absolutely satisfied because of infrastructure.

Placements: It was quite good. The batch strength was 120 and almost 98% batch was placed with good packages. The sectors of companies which arrived were also quite diverse. The highest package offered was Rs 4 Lacs and the lowest offered was Rs 1.5 Lacs. The averages package offered was Rs 1.8 Lacs and the median was hovering around 1.7 Lacs.

The college satisfies in all the areas with a scope of improvement.

Placements: The placements provided by the institution are quite impressive as a good number of companies visit here. The placement record was around 50% as a lot of students do not prefer to work just after a completing UG. The college does not conduct proper placement sessions for students, which do not make them aware of a lot of events for the same. This is a matter to be looked into.

Bhawanipur College - A place beyond just studies.

Placements: The college has a separate placement cell that offers numerous placement opportunities for all students through regular screening process. The entire cell is transparent and eligible candidates are rigorously tested for interviews. Any misbehaviour or non attendance by students after registration can bar them from further such opportunities.

Highly satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements offered were quite decent and well organized. The average salary offered was around Rs 4.2 Lacs. In my course internships were not present. But in other courses more than 80% students used to get their internships from college itself. The placement cell was quite experienced and skilled in their work.

Best commerce college in Kolkata.

Placements: Several companies are visiting our campus for the last 3 to 4 years. The placements like TSC, IDBI BANK, etc. The college provides good internship; therefore, all the students are eligible for the placements. They provide seminars to the students for an interview purpose.

I am totally satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is very active. Continuous interviews with good companies are brought in. The college gives immense opportunities to the students to build a better future. Companies like Reliance, PNB, Mani Group, etc. have given full-time opportunities to the students. For the students who prefer to work and study, part-time job opportunities are also available for them.

There is fashion shows, dance, beatboxing, etc., and Umang.

Placements: There are no such good placements in the college, and rare small companies come up with Rs 3,000 or Rs 4,000 amount for internships during the year. Till now, only MetLife bank came to the college with Rs 20,000 to maximum Rs 25,000 for jobs recruitment. You won't find any such good placement from this college. The dean of the college has a very good marketing skill who attracts students to it and fools them.

The college has good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are not attractive, but the companies are visiting the campus to hire the students with an average package of Rs. 15,000 per month. There is no placement cell as such for our seniors, the companies like TCC and E&Y visited our college for the final placement and offered the roles of marketing and analytics. There is no internship program on the campus, and from our time, the placement cell is active.

My college review ( The Bhawanipur Education Society College).

Placements: The placements in the college are not much attractive because of the Calcutta University bad marking system behind it. If you are an average student, you won't get more than 60%, and your failing possibility is 60%. A terrible marking system, so if your recruiter doesn't know about Calcutta University, you won't get your placements. During my first year, 100 students out 150, got failed in the college.

The placements, infrastructure and the faculty are good.

Placements: The placements are good as Tata Group, IDBI Bank, Federal Bank, etc., came to the college for the placements. The students are trained for the interview before the college placements. This year, all the students were trained for the placement experience. Although, the placements are average. About 100 students got placed. The internship duration offered was a minimum of 4 months-6 months.

The best you can get if you want it.

Placements: Tata and IDBI came every year to give internships to students no matter how much percentage but with the talent. Every year, a vast number of students get placed from the college. The training of interview is done at the end of the year to get the confidence of students. In my batch, placements were good first. It gave an internship of 6 months then the job with double the internship salary. The placement has been increased in these few years as all students are getting the best opportunity to g...

Good infrastructure and faculty. Overall, its a good college.

Placements: Few companies used to visit the college at our time, but now I have seen many companies taking an interest in my college now which is a good opportunity for the undergraduate students. Bhawanipur being the most popular college in Kolkata has served many students with many talents. The students make a mark well. Thus the companies won't find it hard to hire students.

The college is awesome. Infrastructure facilities provided much more good compared to college.

Placements: There is about 40% of the placement from our batch. Students are placed 25%. The highest salary is 5 to 6 LPA, the lowest salary is 1 LPA, and the average salary is 3 to 4 LPA. Tata, Dell, Paytm, Free Recharge, Amazon, Mahindra, Earnest and Young, Lodha, ITC, Pentagli, etc. The roles offered are the accountant, business management, leadership, speaker, and HR. The placement depends upon the knowledge and interview and also marks of students.

It is a good choice. There is an amazing campus life and, good faculty to look up.

Placements: The placement cell of the college brings a good number of companies yearly, for campus placement. Recently, we had Indigo and TCS coming for campus placement, at the beginning of this year. The average salary offered is between Rs. 25,000 per month to Rs. 35,000 per month. Also, internships for undergraduates are offered quite frequently.

Quite satisfied with the college experience except some like placements and scholarships.

Placements: I heard about placements. But we didn't get that opportunity. And don't know whether our senior batch got that opportunity or not. So, accordingly can't tell about the companies that visited our college or what roles and salaries they offered. Percentage of students who got placement from our college is even not known to me. Therefore, I think it wasn't useful to is in any ways.

A review from a graduate.

Placements: The companies like HDFC Bank, Indigo, EY, TCS and similar visited the campus on a regular basis. Many other small and MSME companies were also present there. Most of the students willing to get placed got a placement. 80% of the students were placed to be precise. Some offers were from different cities and so.

Good because the course and extracurricular activities are present.

Placements: The placements for undergraduates are not good at all as hardly 2-3 companies came for hiring that with a package of 1-2 lacs per annum and placement team over here was also not interested in getting the students of undergraduate placed, but for masters placements were good. Around 70% of the students were placed with the good packages.

The faculty are good and the placements are average.

Placements: The college provides the placements in call centres as well as in private firms. The companies like TCS, PWC have come and placed my batch mates. You need to be well-informed about this placement opportunity. Bhawanipore has finished the placement even, and you as students were unknown to the fact. So students should be well-informed about the placements. The salary packages will be Rs. 15,000-Rs. 10000 per month.

The college is good for students who don't want to be pressurised by the college authority.

Placements: There are no placements at all for undergraduate students. After completing the postgraduate courses, the placements are available in this college. There might be some chances of placements, but I say there is no such efficient and useful placement cell in this college.
