It is a very good college for students.

Placements: Placements were not provided in our college. Few students can get placed in private and government sectors if they work hard. Professors also guide students regarding placements.

Not so good just average.

Placements: Only 10 to 20 percent are placed in the highest jobs. The average salary package is 1 lakh per year, and it doesn't go higher than that. TCS and Webel are among the companies that come for placement. Only 10 percent of graduates get jobs, which is why the computer line is the only option.

I am satisfied with this college as it has good teachers.

Placements: Students in their final semester become eligible for campus placements. Students get placements from reputed companies like Infosys. They get a salary package of approximately 5 LPA to 15 LPA. About 20%-40% of students get placements. I have a plan to get a job in campus placements.

Our college is good for average students and competitive exams.

Placements: Mostly the computer science honors students got places in some software companies like Infosys, Cognizant, etc. They mainly offer salary packages around 1.5 to 2 LPA and more. Some B.Com students were also placed. But there is a very low placement for B.A.

College is good at this range.

Placements: Placement is also good here. The training and placement department provides all the facilities and study materials to get prepared for the placement. This year, the placement of our seniors is very good and it motivates us a lot. The college will notify you about jobs only.

It provides good infrastructure but has to work off-campus for jobs.

Placements: The placements of this college are not as great as the other colleges under Calcutta University like Jaipuria, Goenka, etc. For B.Com, no companies come on campus for placements offers. This college does not provide internships. But they do provide add-on courses for tally, etc.

It is the best college that provides education at an affordable fee.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Our college has a good placement cell. Many students got placed into big companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. You can get started with your internship project in the second year, and if you try hard enough, you can also be placed in a big company with a good salary package.

It is a student-friendly college with excellent faculty members.

Placements: The college provides graduation courses, but it didn't have the mandatory placement cell. However, by the initiative of the University of Calcutta, a placement cell has recently been made, which doesn't ensure jobs. Still, they can help students to find jobs if they are interested.

Review of Bidhan Chandra College.

Placements: The placement record here is really good and is improving day by day. I have heard from our seniors and from the college records that the average salary package offered here is nearly around 3.5 LPA-4 LPA. Bidhan Chandra College is increasing its tie-ups with reputed MNCs day by day. Overall, our college is very progressive in terms of placements.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. I suggest you to join here to study commerce. All subjects are good, but commerce is the best. I didn't hear any people getting placements.

Bidhan Chandra College is a very good institution for studying and enjoying your college life.

Placements: My course was English hons., and almost everyone got an average of 60% marks. There is no internship. I quit college after my degree. There's no campus recruitment. It was a basic course. I think this college has lots of potential for the future.

For general, the fee is Rs. 10,000, while for Honours, it is Rs. 15,000. Top recruiting companies for our course are Mindspace Outsourcing Services Pvt Ltd and Maxim Liberty, Inc.
