My college: Bishop More College.

Placements: Yes, the college provides placement drives in the college based on different streams. Those who want to attend the drive can attend it and get placed, but the others who would like to continue their studies can skip the placement drive and opt for higher studies. The packages are decent, which round up to an average of 5 LPA.

Quality of teaching is satisfactory.

Placements: The placement rate is around 80% and for internships, there were around 60% of the students; also, per placement, opportunities were provided to students. The companies that come for recruitment include government agencies and research centers, and roles that are generally offered include librarian, technical writers, etc.

It is a peaceful and beautiful college.

Placements: We found placements ourselves. Our college organised career development classes and personality development classes. Our college had a civil service unit named Micsa for civil service aspirants. Our college had a dedicated career guidance and placement cell, which organised training programs for soft skill development and coaching classes for different competitive exams.
