BITSoM has completed the placement drive for its second cohort MBA batch 2024. As per the latest reports, the highest and average package offered during BITSoM placement 2024 was INR 50 LPA and INR 23.41 LPA, respectively. Further, students who had previously worked full-time and reported the last-drawn average package of INR 6.81 LPA were placed post-MBA with an average package of INR 24.14 LPA. The participating recruiters placed students across various domains like General Management, Consulting, Sales and Marketing, Product Management & Technology, and Finance. The top recruiters of BITSoM in 2024 included McKinsey & Co., Bain & Co., Kearney, Arthur D Little, Praxis Consulting, EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte India, etc.
