Good to join if you want to placed and learn something.

Placements: Good as compare to other college. After B.Tech completion also they send mail regarding off camous. They give training on whatever is required to crack a interview. It was good in our batch but in our senior batch almost every one is placed. Almost everyone hold 2-3 jobs.

Above average college as compare to other BPUT colleges.

Placements: The placements are quite good when compares to other colleges. Every year, many companies visit the college. Generally, they choose the students from CSE department. Almost 80 to 85% of the seniors got placed. The average package offered was 3.2 lacs per annum. The college placement cell is always ready to help, and placement record is quite good. Generally, the companies like Infosys, Capgemini, and Wipro visit every year for the placements.

A fine college with good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Students are getting placed in companies, but the number of students getting placed is moderate. Around 30% of the students got placed this year. Batches before this had a better percentage of people getting placed, like 50 to 60 percent. Placements are offered mainly in software departments. For core branches like civil and mechanical, the placements are very low like every other college in India. 8 lacs per annum was the highest package offered, and the average was around 2.5 lacs per annum. A good college for pursuing B.Tech, but the university is the worst.

Placements: Around 200 students out of 1000 got placed in the software companies. Around 15 to 16 core companies visited the campus. In 2016, the placements were very high, but due to recession in IT sector, the number of placements was less as compared to 2016 batch. Infosys, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra are the mass recruiters. Voltas is for core sector students.

If you wanna enjoy a engineering life then must go there.

Placements: Software company will hire instead of mechanical engineer. Some core companies are coming every year like voltas, Bosch. They will teach you about GD & PI. For teaching how to counter and tackle a GD&PI experts come from other states. Placement is nearly about 55% Student on average overall streams. Average package goes every year, till I was present there, 4.2 Lacs.

Right place if one has a definite future plan coupled with Hard Work and dedication.

Placements: The placement in our college is moderate. If one takes the pre placement drives seriously then, along with ample amount of practice, he/she can easily find a seat inn these companies. On an average 8 to 10 companies take part in the placement drive each year. Still, the number of students placed from EE branch is quite less ( under 10 out of 180). .

Absolutely dissatisfied. No placements.

Placements: There are no placements till today for civil branch. For other branches, the placement is good, but during admission, we were given hopes that lots of students are getting a placement. We are really very disappointed. It is a waste of money.

Placements: The placement is not much good for the core branch but the non-core like CS, it is quite good. Hope, this year we get a good campus, and the college has promised to give good placement this year. In the previous year, the placement was not much good.

Simply, I can say worth the money, provides world class education.

Placements: The placement service is excellent in this college. The placements from MNC and reputed companies of India and abroad come for placements. The placement percentage is 75% out of 100. It's fully job oriented. The highest salary in my batch is 7L per annum, and the lowest salary is 2.5L per annum.

A great place for preparing higher studies or for competitive exams. Placements are also good.

Placements: The scenario of placement for the electrical branch is not very promising. This year, only 10 to 12 students got placed out of a batch of 180. We had companies like Voltas, Cognizant, Infosys, GGK, ZS Associates visit our campus among others. If one has the potential, he/she need not worry. Enough opportunities will be there to get placed.

Civil branch banalo, C.V.Raman walo.

Placements: There has been just a single campus interview which was by the Infosys, and since the atmosphere is very quiet, they seemed to brag about placements as there are no placements yet. The poorest placement is what I would say regarding the way they spoke to us. In core branches, you have nothing to get.

It has good placements, state of the art labs, huge campus but average faculty members.

Placements: The placement for our batch 2016-17 was average. Big MNCs like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant had come for on-campus recruitment. The students had an opportunity to sit in other pool campus drives too. Overall, around 40% of the students were placed. The placement of our previous batch was very good. Around 80% of the eligible students were placed in on-campus drive. All the three big MNCs hired in hundreds of the students. The average salaries they were offering were 3 LPA. Placements: It is the month of February right now. As I have heard from my placement cell and my seniors 150 students out of 500-600 are placed, and the placements are still going on. The highest package is around 12-13 Lacs per annum offered by Microsoft but of course its out campus placement. On the campus, we have companies like Wipro, TCS Cognigent as large recruiters. One of the best colleges in Odisha with better placement record.

Placements: It has good placement record for CSE, IT students. Mechanical engineering students look for off-campus. The students can get the internship during college. Our college tries to give better placements with a good package to their students.

A prosperous college with cultivated infrastructure.

Placements: The placement of our college is really good, and since this college is working over to be a university in near few years, the scenario of placement is surely going to improve. Currently, it is under autonomous curriculum. Therefore, placement of branches like CS, IT and EnTC are really worth of. Recently, companies like Adobe, Cognizant and a lot of other core companies visited.

The companies visited in this colleges were Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, BOSCH, BOSCH Infocom, Wipro, JK Laxmi Cement, Voltas, etc. There is a placement cell. Sometimes, the students get disbarred due to lack of the attendance. Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: If we talk about the placements of our college, it is good, but most of the selected candidates are from CSE, IT and E&TC stream as all the software companies come for the campus drives. And for the other streams like EE, civil, mechanical and chemistry if one has the appropriate knowledge and skills, he/she might get a job in these companies too. Good infrastructure, decent faculty and average placement.

Placements: The placement scenario is not that exciting. Just like any other private college, the placement here is done by the mass recruiting companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and Tech Mahindra. These are service-based companies. The pay scale they offer is around 3.5-4.5 lakh per annum. If you are lucky enough you can grab some rare offers up to 6-7 LPA.

Placements: Basically, in the mechanical branch, the students get software or IT jobs, but very less get core mechanical jobs. For mechanical core, the companies are very few, I mean 4 to 5 companies visit, the maximum. They take a maximum of 20-25 students, where our total branch strength is 220.
