Review of CIT - Cambridge Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements in Cambridge Institute of Technology has far better or good compared to other colleges. There are around 64% of placements in 2019. The campus is providing good placements according to current trends and students capability. Placements are very affordable and useful here.

A promising, growing, developing college.

Placements: Placements have improved for engineering students compared to the senior batch but the average package is 3 LPA. For MBA it is not a good college at all because for MBA placement are not there Internship opportunities with stipend 10k/month are good here. We have a separate placement cell here at college.

Nice college, good teaching faculty.

Placements: Our seniors had one of the best placements. Almost more than 80 to 85% of the students got placed. Many companies visit our college for placements. HRD classes are conducted for students from 1st year itself to ensure the overall development of the student. Placements training along with soft skills is done here.

It is the best college to explore the career at the starting stage.

Placements: According to me, placements are very good. The training they give before placements is very much helpful for students to crack the interview process. Training will include aptitude, logical reasoning, and technical aspects. Placement officer is approachable for any kind of queries.

Awesome faculty, I am satisfied with teaching, ok placements in 2017 and average infra

Placements: Well as of now the college is doing fine, and you will see that it's going to develop more in a few years. About 70% of the students were placed last year (2017) from the college. Companies that visited the college are TCS, HP, and Capgemini which are the major recruiters. Mostly, data analyst, developer, and call centres jobs were offered to the students. About 50% of the students got internships from the college, and rest of them found internships by themselves with a minimum stipend of Rs 7,0...

Cambridge Institute of Technology is overall a good college that is always growing.

Placements: The placement department is very dynamic. The amount of companies that land up in college is phenomenal. Only thing is they will not let you sit for another company once you get placed. I would suggest you to only give your best for the best offers. The placement is growing every year. Different companies offer all kind of offers from tech support to development roles. Some companies offer the low package as Rs. 10,000 per month to Rs. 30,000 per month. Most of the good jobs come through AMCAT a...

It is a bridge to the future with all support.

Placements: A mechanical engineer should not expect to be placed only on campus. Instead, the focus should be outside the campus. The college is good at bringing the company to hire talented students. There is a chance of getting placed if we work hard. We should always be focused on getting placed.

There is good academic career, and faculty.

Placements: As far as for seniors, the college was very new which was started in 2009. So seniors might have struggled through this process but for our batch quite satisfied. We got few opportunities from different companies on/off campus. The average salary was around 3.5 LPA. Some of the companies like Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, UST Global etc. Most of the roles were a software engineer, Security Analyst, Developer. The internship percentage was very low as it was not so reputed college during our...

Faculty, infrastructure and teaching wise it is a very good college, but needs to improve placement.

Placements: Placements were very poor during our batch. We hardly used to get any interviews, but now I heard that they are getting good placements and also the college is conducting personal skill development programs. I just want to suggest that please give them training on the real-time projects and explain then how the corporate world run, but not the book or theoretical knowledge.

Cambridge bridge to the future.

Placements: The placements offered are very good for the computer science department. There are very good companies like Capgemini, HP, HCL, etc., which are visiting our campus. For the mechanical branch, hardly one or two companies visit the campus. Our placement officer Guru Charan Singh has good tie-ups with the reputed companies.

Absolutely satisfied because of good placement and good environment for better studies.

Placements: There are good placements, and it is improving year by year. Many companies came for the recruitment. My senior batch got selected in 7th semester itself, and that too in a better company at a good package. The average package offered was 3.6 LPA. The college gives you many opportunities, make your chance to succeed. If you are good, you can get a better opportunity here with the help of our HRD department, who also organises placement classes for every student to achieve the success.

Good college to do the engineering. You can enjoy, study and get a good job after the college.

Placements: Good companies come for placement like Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Infotech, IBM, Accenture, Hewlett Packard and offer a good package and good roles. Most of them are placed in the company and placement training is given in the college during semester holidays.

The college is definitely a good option to take admission, it definitely has grown in past 7 years.

Placements: When I first joined the college, I could see only around 15 to 20 people placed. The college grew and employed a new placement officer when I was in 6th sem. When I was in the final year, he roughly placed around 70% to 80% of the students which in one word is impressive.

Good faculty, facing problems during exams time as they postpone our exam dates unnecessarily.

Placements: The placements were good. I don't know about other branches, but for CSE students, our college provides good placements. Out of 180 students in CSE, only 25 left to get jobs and rest all got selected. Maybe 85% of the students got placed. The highest pay goes up to 6 lakhs per annum.

Cambridge Institute of Technology is a place where you can learn with friendly facilities around you

Placements: There is a placement cell and an officer for a namesake and they provide only BPOs for all the branches. A very bad cooperation of the placement cell with other companies. Information about placements will always reach at the last moment and nothing will be arranged by the college most of the times. No guide or standardized rules, everything is random. The placement officer is only famous for his rude behaviour. Only 2 or 3 jobs will be available for which the whole class has to compete. ...

An absolutely beautiful journey with the most hardworking and motivating lecturers!

Placements: The year I completed my MBA (2014), placements were not on the peak. But we still had 4-5 companies that visited us. Among those, most of them were small-scale companies, the most popular one was Kotak. The maximum compensation provided in the placement was Rs. 3.6 LPA. Around 60 students appeared for the interviews and 3 got through. For the batch before us, placement was not good. But from what I have heard, placements have improved over the last two years. ...

Education & Course - Well qualified lecturers & professors. Importance to discipline is given. Teaching is good as many faculty members are M. Tech graduates & PhD Holders. Infrastructure - A mid-size college with well-equipped labs, instruments & helpful sub staff. College fest and campus connect programs are well organized.
