Our college has friendly teachers but not quality education.

Placements: Placements are decent. Placement staff is friendly and supportive. There is no real company coming but we get placed in some local company and mass selection is done.

Good placements for students who are willing to join IT sector.

Placements: Our college mainly aims on software companies and only 2-3 companies come for placement of Electronics and communication students. The lowest package is 2.1 Lacs per annum and the highest is 5 Lacs per annum. Our college does not offer companies to give us internship, we need to go and find ourselves internships. The top role offered is Verification engineer.

Absolutely satisfied with college for providing quality education and good placements in 2022.

Placements: Placement is really good. 90 percent of placement is already achieved in seventh semester itself. College provides good guidance and preparations for the placements. Placement officers and other related staff deeply take interest in each and every student's placement.

This is the best college, and I recommend this to others.

Placements: There are 100% placements in college. The placement officer is very friendly with students, which is a good indication for students. The highest package offered is 10 LPA as far I know, and the least package is 3.6 LPA. Some of the companies are Infosys, VMWare, Cognizant etc.

It is an average college in Bangalore.

Placements: Above 85% of the students from our course got placed, but in reality, it is not that much. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, Robosoft and Mphasis visit our college for placements. BPO companies like 24x7, etc., also visit our college for placements. Core electrical companies do not visit our campus for placements. The internship has been a subject in our academic, and everyone must do an internship.

Placements: Very less percent of students placed to core & Software related company in our branch. the highest salary offered, I think 12.5lakh. Top companies are ABC, Infosys, Amezon, Flifcart. Etc. Top role is Assist. Engineer. The lowest package is 1.2lakh. All students are doing internship.

Placements are improving every year, and from the last 5 years, college is providing 100% placement.

Placements: About 100% of the students got placed. Almost 83 students got placed in Infosys and 45 students got placed in TCS, and in other good reputed companies. All students, on average, got 2 offers. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.46 LPA. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiting companies. Top roles offered are assistant engineer and tester.

A college with good campus and faculty members but poor placements.

Placements: Placements in the college are bad form the point of view of students, but it is the best college for placements in the region. Roughly, around 50-60% of students get placed, and the major chunk is from CS and IT with around 90% of students and then comes EC and EE with around 60% of students. Placements are really bad for mechanical wherein, just about 10-15% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered was around 8-9 LPA, the lowest was around 1.50 LPA, and the average was 2.40 LP...

Placements: Placements were quite good. More than 20 companies came for recruitment. The highest package was 5 lac per annum. Roles were software developer, software engineer etc. The companies visited were Infosys, Capgemini, tech Mahindra, HP, theorems. Many of them were placed in a good company and with good salary package so it was really worth.

A college with supreme infrastructure for academic hungry people.

Placements: The placements in the college are not good and I think that's what happens when the focus is shifted to 100% attendance. There are 3 workshops in the university which have pretty much less value from a workplace point of view. The companies that visited the campus were Adobe, SLK, Infosys, but the required qualification set by them was too hard. There is a placement cell, and it handles all the placements related queries.

I would quote the college as a place for absolute knowledge and a place to get educated.

Placements: The overall placement of the last year's batch was tremendous. The same is continuing this year as well. As everyone knows, this is one of the reputed colleges in the region for the quality education and the placements. Still, the placement activities are going on. Even though the placement activities are dull overall, the students are already placed by the end of the seventh semester. The placements team provides various facilities for the placement-related training including various tests from...

Not bad. If you are really serious about engineering, this is not the place to be.

Placements: Thye placements are not bad. The mass recruiters rule the placements. Generally, Infosys and Capgemini are the highest recruiters followed by other recruiters like Cognizant, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. No product-based companies visit the campus as far as I know. Things might have changed in the past 2-3 years. It is safe to say that if one is decent at aptitude and has an aggregate of 70+, then he/she is bound to get placed. Some start ups have begun to visit the campus off late. If you do not hav...

An average college to study.

Placements: If an individual maintains 70+ aggregate in the first 6 semesters, there are lots of placement opportunities. In our batch, almost 60% of the students got placed in reputed companies. Infosys, Genpact, TCS, Wipro, and Unisys are the top companies visit regularly. 3.5 Lakhs per annum is the average salary for the individual.

The teaching methods, placements, infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: There are good placements in our college, about 30% to 40% of the students are placed. I think Vmware offered 8 to 9 lakhs per annum of the salary package. The companies like Infosys, Vmware, Mahindra, Capgemini, MindTree, Sims, HGS, Ethnus, Face and much more about 107 companies visited our college in 2016-17. The college asks the students to get at least 40 days of the internship. Many internships have been provided at the college campus only.

Canara Engineering College Review.

Placements: The placements are good compared to any other VTU colleges in the locality. Last year, 90% of the students were placed, and 8% of students decided to continue education. Collaboration with co-cubes and Athens has helped for training and placements. We also have a lot of opportunity for industry oriented internship. The lowest salary recorded was 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary devoted was 39 LPA.

Placements: The placement is of a moderate level but the effort by the college to get you placed is good. The placement record is improving batch by batch. The highest salary package offered for our batch was 15 lakhs per annum by Amazon but unfortunately, no one got placed. The average salary was between 3-4 lakhs per annum. Canara Engineering College says that it gives quality education at affordable cost

Placements: Placements were very good when I was in the first year. People were placed in bulk in companies like Infosys, TCH, etc. The next year, it was not that much. Many good companies visited our college like Sonata, Amazon, etc but only a few got placed. The placement coordinator tries their best of getting companies to our college and they have done it in these many years. Even bigger companies like Amazon come to our college.
