CIPET is a premier Institute of Plastics Engineering. It is the only college in India that offers designing, production, machining and research related to plastics under one roof. The placements and the quality of education are average. Curricular and co-curricular activities are good. APM is the cultural fest for CIPET. Recently it was held in Ahmedabad. There are Four CIPET institutes, which provide B. Tech and M. Tech courses and they are CIPET Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar and Lucknow.

CIPET Ahmedabad has good infrastructure but you will miss fest, party, etc.

Placements: Almost 100% of placements are assured by the college. The highest salary package offered is 11 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Around 20% of the students got internships by the 5th semester for atleast 3 months. Top roles offered are assistant plastic engineers and operators.

I am satisfied because of placements, infrastructure, labs facility, etc.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. About 80% of students from our course get placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 16,000 per month during the training period. Companies like Adani Wilmar, Cosmo Films Limited, Indofil Industries Limited, AmulFed Dairy, Ratan Poly Plast Private Limited, and Essen Speciality Films Private Limited visit the campus for placements. None of the students got an internship from the college.

Review of Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad.

Placements: Our college has moderate placements, and it depends on your knowledge and experience of learning about machines. Companies which visit our institute to hire students are very focused on the manner and behaviour of students. Such companies are Motherson Pune, Havells, etc. There is a great scope in a designing course like CAD, CAM, etc. Placements are good after completing a designing course.

It is the best institute to get technical education.

Placements: It is the best institute for placements, in my opinion. Our senior batch got almost 98% of placements. It is a technical institute, so the percentage is not very important, and work is important. The highest salary offered by the college was 1.2 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month.

I'm satisfied with teachers, but I think the salary we get after placements should be a little more.

Placements: You can get placements with a salary of approximately Rs. 15,000 per month as a trainee. Later, this could gradually increase as per your work. The highest salary that you will get in India is Rs. 25,000 per month. The placement percentage is 100%. Companies offer the role of junior production engineer in their companies.

Good Infrastructure and real company exposure procedure through practicals.

Placements: Talking about the placements of college, it has fair chances for everyone. of course it was dependent on the company criteria also. More than 70% students were placed in Local and PAN India with average salary of 3- 3.5 lac per year. In our batch more than 20 to 25 companies visited our campus and some placements were done off campus with more than 65% placements. Some of the Students were absorbed by the college itself who were interested in teaching profession as Asst. lecturer (Fellowship) in...
