Q:   What is the effectiveness of the placement cell for MCA programs at CBIT?

    A:
    {Source: MCA students & alumni}

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for MCA Programs at CBIT

Based on student reviews and feedback, here's an assessment of the effectiveness of the placement cell for MCA programs at CBIT:

    * Limited Information: Unfortunately, there is limited information available about the placement cell's performance and activities.

    * No Specific Feedback: None of the reviewed statements specifically mention the placement cell or its effectiveness.

As such, it is challenging to assess the effectiveness of the placement cell for MCA programs at CBIT based on the provided information. However, this may indicate that the college does not actively promote or highlight their placement efforts, or that the placement process is relatively smooth and efficient without significant issues.

If you're interested in learning more about the placement cell or seeking guidance on career development, I recommend reaching out to the college administration or speaking with current students/alumni who have gone through the program.

Infrastructure: Our college is well equipped with good infrastructure. They provide good Wi-Fi connectivity for labs, digital spacious classrooms and a library with a huge collection of books. Coming to hostel facility, the food is very healthy and hygienic. Food is provided in the mess.
Faculty: Faculty is excellent in our college. Teachers are very talented and well experienced along with being Ph.D. qualified. Their way of teaching is clearly understandable to all. The college is great for one to have a good career.
Placements: The placements are the best for B.Tech graduates, but for MCA, the placements are good. The reason behind it is that most of the people getting into MCA are from non-technical backgrounds. But still, even if you are above average, you can get placed. The highest package offered is around 8-10 LPA for MCA, and the average package is around 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best you would get, and a lot of amenities are available in the college. Labs are great. The best Wi-Fi is available in the library. This college doesn't provide a hostel for MCA students. The classrooms are spacious enough.
Faculty: The faculty so far have been the best, and you could get every doubt cleared regarding the course. The exam course is a bit messy, and they could have designed a better syllabus for MCA. Web technologies should be in the 2nd semester, but it is taught in the 3rd semester. It would help you to get an internship.

Absolutely Satisfied with CBIT: Good Faculty, Placements, and Facilities
Placements: I am a 2024 graduate, and in my class of 64 students, 34 members are placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. We have companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, etc. Everything is good in the college concerning academics and placements.
Infrastructure: My hostel is named Jaya Residence. The fee is based on the number of occupants. There are good facilities for students, and it is within walking distance to the college. The college provides many facilities beyond academics, including sports events. We have a good canteen and all necessary amenities.
Faculty: Teachers have Ph.D. degrees and 12 to 15 years of experience in the teaching field. All exam fees are affordable, and the pass percentage is 50%. The semester exams are not tough, but the way each exam is conducted is very decent. Everything is perfect concerning faculty.
Other: I want to become a software engineer. After my undergraduate studies, I chose this college. Many events are conducted at the college, and the campus crowd is approximately 5000.

Review of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.
Placements: There are many placements from top companies with high salary packages. If you have good skills, you can easily get placed in a top company. Lecturers will inform about companies and also tell how to prepare for the written test. The college conducts group discussion classes and mock interviews in the final semester.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good with all facilities. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms are cleaned every day. All types of outdoor and indoor games facilities like cricket, carrom, chess, volleyball and badminton are available. Our college has the best library all over India, and we can get newspapers and magazines as well.
Faculty: Faculty members are very skilful, and they mainly focus on the students who are average in studies. If you have any doubts, you can go to their cabin and clear your doubts at any time. If you have any emergency work, you should take permission from HOD. Faculty members will give live examples to make you understand the topics. Our MCA course curriculum is very advanced, and it is useful for placements. It is good for students' future.
