    Is CBIT Good for B.E./B.Tech?

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's an overview of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT):

    Pros:

    * Good Placement Opportunities: CBIT has a strong reputation for placing its students in top companies such as Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, Oracle, Amazon, and others. The highest package offered is around 60 LPA, with an average package of 10-20 LPA.
    * Experienced Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and experienced, with many holding Ph.D.s. They are known for being helpful and supportive, with some even going beyond their duties to assist students.
    * Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, including well-equipped labs, a spacious library, and comfortable classrooms.
    * Festivals and Clubs: CBIT hosts several festivals and clubs, providing students with opportunities to develop their skills and interests outside of academics.
    * Internships: Students can opt for internships, with many companies visiting the campus to recruit interns.

    Cons:

    * Hostel Issues: Some students reported issues with the hostel, including poor food quality and limited facilities.
    * Limited Freedom: Students felt that there was limited freedom in the hostel, requiring parental consent for certain activities.
    * Summer Heat: Classes can get uncomfortably hot during the summer season, with no air conditioning in the classrooms.
    * Curriculum: Some students felt that the curriculum could be improved, with some subjects feeling outdated or irrelevant.

Overall, CBIT seems to be a good option for students seeking a strong educational foundation and promising job prospects. While there are some areas for improvement, the college's reputation for placements, experienced faculty, and good infrastructure make it a viable choice.

Q:   Which course has better placements at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology Hyderabad, B.Tech CSE or B.Tech AI and Data Science?

    A:

Both the B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS) and the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) are in-demand fields with bright futures. Still, a number of variables, including business preferences, industry trends, and student skill levels, may affect the placement results. This is a brief comparison:

    • B.Tech CSE: CSE is a standard field that offers many job options in data analysis, cybersecurity, software development, and other fields. There's a good chance that graduates of CBIT's B.Tech CSE programme are placed.
    • B.Tech in AI and Data Science: These are two quickly expanding fields where there is a rising demand for experts in data analysis, machine learning, and AI technologies. Despite being more recent than CSE, this course meets the changing needs of e-commerce, medical care, and financial services.

Choose the programme that best fits interests and career goals. If a student is interested in fundamental computer Science concepts and software development, CSE might be a good fit. If he/she is interested in AI and data analysis, the newer programme could be interesting.

It's better compared to other colleges, but in terms of placement companies, it is somewhat backward
Placements: None of the students were placed till now in our branch ECE. But in IT and AIML courses, it is far better, as many students got internship opportunities at high levels. The top recruiting companies are as follows: MICROSOFT, GOLDMAN SACHS, BARCLAYS, PROVIDENCE, and others.
Infrastructure: Facilities availability is good. There is a lot of infrastructure like the library, labs for core and other branches, and all classrooms and seminar halls, etc. Whatever is required. And coming to sports, volleyball and cricket are the most played games in our college, and many indoor games are available, like chess, carrom, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well knowledgeable. They have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in teaching the subject. The course curriculum helps students to be ready for the industry. The semester exams are done as usual in other colleges, with moderate toughness. The pass percentage is nearly up to 85%.
Other: The best ever thing about our college is that we have only 5 working days per week. And the main thing is that faculty gives full support to extracurricular activities. Events are done extraordinarily, but only once a year.
