Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In our English honours department, there are about 70 students, and we had to secure 80% in our higher secondary to opt for this English honours course. After this course, we can opt for B.Ed and then M.A. Graduating under Calcutta University in our college is really advantageous for our future studies and career.
Infrastructure: As we are students of English honours, we don't have any laboratory work or any kind of fieldwork. So, we pursue our classes in the hall itself. The hall is big and spacious enough to accommodate all the students, and the speaker's voice is also clearly audible for all.
Faculty: The professors in our college are highly qualified. They teach us very well, and because of that, we don't have to pursue any extra classes after college, so it becomes easy for us. Our semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage in our batch is 100%. Most of the students got above 60%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be an English teacher or professor, and for that, I had to pursue English honours.

Review of Charuchandra College.
Placements: The quality of placements are excellent. College placements cell calls the companies, also the average package offered is more than 20 LPA. Placements process is easy and pleasant for every student on the campus. Many opportunities are provided to students.
Infrastructure: As per the infrastructure it has separate buildings for separate courses with air-conditioner classrooms and great speed of Wi-Fi and even has 2 boards that are smartboard and green board, separate libraries for separate courses and a central library for all great facilities for sports with indoor badminton court, and court for basketball, ski hockey, tennis, and 3 football courts. Great facilities for hostel having oven and induction on each floor including irons.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful to students in making them stronger and clever, and they never discourage students. They are well-educated, and almost half of the faculty members are from the IITs of North India. They are knowledgeable, so they can easily make students brighter with their thoughts. The course curriculum is very well-designed by the institute. It is a research-based college. So, no industry exposure is provided, but students are research students, and they can have many advantages.
Other: The hostels have twin sharing rooms till 3rd year, with common washrooms, common laundry, and monthly room cleaning services. There are 4 messes, north, south, non-vegetarian, and Jain mess to suit everybody. There are medical facilities available on the campus with an on-campus nurse and counselor. Wi-Fi is available only in specific places on the campus, and LAN is available in the hostel only after the first year of college. There is a library with all the required course textbooks.

This college is good, and it is in a nice location.
Placements: The percentage of students in my batch was 21. As we are political science students, we don't have that package thing here, so I don't know much about it. I can tell you that in my batch, the teachers are very supportive and good.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are average, I would say, as we don't have a canteen in the college, but we do have a library that is good and comfortable for studying. If we talk about the classrooms, they're average, as some rooms are bigger and some are small.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and assist us in understanding the material nicely. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The difficulty level is pretty high, but you can score good marks if you have done the chapter well, and the pass percentage is good.
Other: I chose this course because I like the subject.

It is a great college with various helpful facilities.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary offered is approximately Rs. 6,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is approximately Rs. 2,000 per month and the average salary offered is approximately Rs. 4,000 per month. It's not like engineering colleges. After graduation, students can fix themselves where they want to go forward. After graduation, a lot of students opt for masters in their particular subjects, and others choose to prepare for different job interviews. Top roles are offered to the students if they have the ability to speak fluently and life lessons through literature.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was pretty good. The college campus is not that big, but all the required facilities for respective subjects are available like a library, scientific labs, gym, common rooms, sports equipment, Wi-Fi, water purifier and air-conditioners in various rooms. Our college doesn't have any hostel and canteen. But the greatest thing about the facilities is medical kits, sports equipment and a gym. Our college takes sports very passionately as we hold most of the inter-university trophies in many sports such as cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.
Faculty: Teachers here are pretty helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. They also have great teaching skills, either its about study or sports. The course curriculum is relevant, and our college's education helped me a lot to grow as per industry standards.
Other: I have chosen this course because from a very little age, I am quite excited to learn English and to know great literature written in English. Some things should be better, like if the study was sometimes done through filming some relevant things that are apt with the course. Sports events, annual functions, college fests and religious programme are some great activities done by our college.

The review of Charuchandra College.
Placements: There are no direct placements here. This institute provides only graduation course. It gives only degree to compete for various private and government jobs. Students need to appear in competitive tests to get a job in government or private sector. No direct placements are provided here.
Infrastructure: It is a good college, but the area is small. There is 3 storeyed building with around 20 rooms. Laboratory room lacks a few equipments. Infrastructure can be better, but as it is a government sponsored college, no one gives much importance in making the college a better one.
Faculty: The faculty are good, and all are helpful. Few teachers are not helpful, but rest of the teachers are very helpful. They help very much in learning everything practically. They are very knowledgeable. Most of the teachers have PhD degree. Few teachers help in studies even after college hours.
Other: 2 fests are organized every year. One practical show is organised by students each year. We celebrate every festival like Durga Puja, Saraswati puja etc.

College life is always the best.
Placements: We don't get any campusing in our time, but now, we are eligible for any kind of job. We are very unlucky because any kind of job offer never come to our college. This is a fault of our government and system. Our university is great, but its system is so poor that it can destroy any one's career.
Infrastructure: Our college is little big, but we share our classrooms with another department. But now, we get many classrooms. We have 3 science labs and 1 computer lab. We have 2 common rooms. i.e., 1 for boys and another for girls. A gym facility is also provided within the campus. We do not have any playground, so, we play indoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful. They treat us as their children, and some of them do not think like so, but many of them teach us beautifully. They are highly qualified. In some cases, teachers are not eligible for the post because they are proud of themselves.
Other: Our office room is irritated. Those people who sit there are not helpful. For every important work, we must go to university to solve it, but we are happy because of our friends. We play together. Get "ADDA" is nothing like anything.
