The Library at Cheran Arts and Science College is well-stocked and fully computerized. It has around 22,000 books covering almost all aspects of Science, Commerce & Humanities. It regularly subscribes to about maximum periodicals including 5 daily newspapers in Tamil and English.

In CASC, two common places for dining facility (cafeteria facility) shall be provided in the campus for day- scholars, hostellers, guests of the college, teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution.
