Effectiveness of Placement Cell for BBA Courses at Christ University Delhi-NCR

Based on reviews from current students and alumni, here's a summary of the effectiveness of the placement cell for BBA courses at Christ University Delhi-NCR:

* Average Placement Record: While some students reported a satisfactory placement record, others mentioned that the placement cell could improve. One student noted, "Placement was quite average. Good companies are applicable to the central campus only."

* Limited Exposure to Top Companies: Some students felt that the placement cell didn't offer sufficient opportunities to interact with top-tier companies. Another student commented, "Companies that are coming for the placement are not that great."

* Preparation Before Placements: Despite these limitations, the placement cell seems to prepare students well for interviews and assessments. One reviewer stated, "Even though they give good preparation before the placements begin."

* Opportunities Abroad: According to some students, the placement cell facilitates opportunities for international placements and collaborations. This suggests that while the domestic placement record might be average, there are potential global opportunities available.

If you want to pursue a future in management, then Christ is the best choice for you.
Placements: Around 79% of the students got their placements from recruiters like Deloitte, Wipro, etc. The highest package was 12 lac, the average package is 8 lac, and the lowest package is 6 lac. Everyone got their internships based on their interest; it's just you have to gather certificates for your CV to look good to the recruiters in order to hire you. Top roles offered were senior marketing analyst, senior marketing manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities here are very nice as the campus gets well-lit in winters with colorful lights. The infrastructure includes two football turfs, one big and one small, with a gazebo to sit, and two basketball courts with one badminton court. There are two blocks - A block and B block. The best part about A block is the cafeteria, and the best part about B block is the rooftop cafe. The classrooms are well designed and equipped with ACs, and smartboards are available to use. The food in the cafeteria is very nice as there are all types of food you want to eat, and the food is also fresh. Medical facilities are available all the time, and sports events happen regularly.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified from great institutes, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of every teacher is different, but their learnings from every teacher are worth it. The course for every subject is well designed, as they are course-oriented, and the things that would come in the practicals will come in the exam. There are two exams in a semester: mid-term and end-term. In mid-term, the exams happen continuously, with the difficulty level being average if you study well. Just do good in your CIAs/practical exams, while the end-term exams are held in November end, and they are difficult as the whole syllabus is hard to cover in just 2-3 days.

Infrastructure is really good and the faculty management is also great.
Placements: The highest placement package for BBA is 12 lakhs, and the minimum is 3 lakhs per annum. Companies recruiting are Deloitte, KPMG, and Hindustan Unilever. The internships are offered in the 2nd year, and the percentage of students in our course is almost all deserving peers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is modular and advanced. High-level labs, libraries and internet connections are available, and hostel facilities are safe and properly managed by esteemed security. The quality of food available in the canteen is supreme and it is also available in a variety.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching is done through PowerPoints and notes. The course curriculum is relevant. It surely makes the students ready to work in corporate life. The level of semester exam is moderate and the passing percentage of students is 95%.

Good college with nice facilities .
Placements: The college placement cell is just average. The companies that are coming for the placement are not that great. The companies are not that good. Even though they give good preparation before the placements begin, as a new campus, it may have many challenges for the placements .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel are actually very nice, and the library has a huge variety of books. The college is very neat and tidy. Even the washrooms are nice; they are cleaned every single day. The classrooms are huge and the overall atmosphere of the college is nice .
Faculty: Exams and the publication of results are on time. They won't make much of a mess with the exam process. If you satisfy the minimum requirement, then everything is fine. Talking about the quality of the question paper, it is actually intermediate. Everything is very well organized.
Other: The topics covered in the course are very interesting and they update the curriculum accordingly, which helps the students understand more.

Summary of Christ University (Delhi NCR campus).
Placements: Around 90% of the students in my course got placed last year with the highest package of INR 19 Lacs PA, the lowest package was INR 14 Lacs rupees PA and the average package offered was INR 6-7 Lacs. The top recruiting companies are Decathlon, Amazon, EY, etc. Around 60% of students got internships from my college.
Infrastructure: 1. Classrooms: equipped with modern classrooms and comfortable seating. 2. Air conditioning: classes are equipped with ACs for maintaining a comfortable temperature. 3. Library: Library facilities are also given for study. 4. Smart Board: For interactive and smart learning. 5. Gym: A gym is available so that you can focus on your health too. 6. In the campus canteen, there is no where else to go when you crave in between classes. There is a canteen in the campus basement.
Faculty: Faculty members are well educated and experienced and help you in everything, whether it be a small doubt in the classroom or conducting an event for campus and personal growth. The course syllabus is highly relevant to the things that will come in handy in the future. Semester exams are difficult; the level is intermediate. You can easily get good marks if you listen to the teacher in the classroom.
Other: I chose this course to support my dream profession, which is being a businessman. There are many events that got conducted in campus like Chromosomes, Blossoms, etc.

I am satisfied with this college but not with its location.
Placements: About 30% of students get placements. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Wipro, and Deloitte. Every student got an internship. Top roles offered are sales manager and market analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. All the classrooms are air-conditioned and have projectors. The auditorium is huge. Hostels are good. All the facilities are provided in the college and hostels. Every year, there is a sports tournament in the college where inter-college competitions are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is 90%. You cannot commit malpractice here as teachers are strict. Overall, everything is good.
Other: I chose this course to study business and management. I want to know how businesses work. It would be better if the location was good. Events and fests are very good.

Satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure. Placements for undergraduate courses are average.
Placements: Placements for courses like BBA General, BBA Honors are good. They bring many positions related to marketing, sales, HR. For FINTECH they are still trying to get more companies. Till now Wipro, EY, Genpact and many other start ups have come for campus placement. Package for undergraduate is between INR 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA till now.
Infrastructure: The campus has amazing facilities. Wi-Fi is available for all the students. Classrooms have projectors, A/Cs and seats are comfortable. Library has access to all the resources which are needed, department wise. It has an online portal too which can be accessed 24*7. Christ has it's own hostels and is also connected to EZ stays for accommodations.
Faculty: Faculty for the course are amazing and have years of experience. Some of the faculty members were transferred from Bengaluru campus. The curriculum for the course keeps improving time to time to keep students more updated as course has more real life prospects.
