The college is good with great future and placements.

Placements: In my college, there is a huge chance that is up to 80%. In my final year, almost all my friends got placed. I strongly recommend that you can choose CMR as good to join in B.Tech. A lot of training is provided by the various institutes from outside to gain knowledge about the placements.

It is an average college but it has supportive faculty.

Placements: The placement here is not that much good, but we can say that it is average and packages are also not that much high. Especially in 2017 batch, it has gone so down, and college was not able to achieve its estimated numbers. One more thing is that you need to maintain at least 70% of aggregate in the academics.

The review for CMR Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements are very good for electronics and communication branch. Initially, good companies come, give high packages and take few students. Later on, mass recruiting companies came to the college. Our college and recruit the high number of students who are good in the technical background.

It is a good college because of faculty members and placements.

Placements: In my college, placements are good. Top companies have visited. And also some BPO companies visited for placements. More than 100 students were placed. The college has given the training to make every student placed in some company. They supported really very well. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA to 10 students in SAP, and the lowest was around Rs. 8,000 per month offered by BPO companies.

This college has the glory of engineering.

Placements: In our CMR engineering college, we have good placements. We have a separate block for the placement and training section. The lecturers will say the things very clearly, and they will conduct special classes for us. We got many companies visiting our college.

I am really dissatisfied with this college. This is not what I expected when I joined this college.

Placements: If you want to get placed in a reputed company at a good position, then better do not even look at our college. Not a lot of good companies visit, and even jobs of high profiles are very rare. All a student can expect is a tele-caller job and other technical support jobs.

Unsatisfied with the faculty and placements.

Placements: Not even 10% of the students are getting placed, and if they get placed, they get an average package of Rs. 2 lakhs per annum. Also, the highest package is around Rs. 4 to Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. They will also collect money for the mini-project and major projects. Also, they will give us BPO jobs with Rs. 10,000 per month of salary, and that too not in our state.

Think about CMR for happiness but not for placements.

Placements: There are no placements for core branches, there are placements only for CSE branch that too only BPO jobs, which offer only Rs. 15000 which any person can earn, no need to be a graduate for earning that. Even the percentage is not useful for the jobs, and they only provide 5 to 6 companies which actually do not need graduates.

A great college under a great leader.

Placements: A separate placement and training cell will exist. Every student who passes will get the placement. Good companies show great interest towards our college. CMR is a great institute which takes all the students under special care. The placements which are provided by the college are good. Many colleges do not even give training about the placements. Some colleges only give the degree. I loved the faculty and the college which gives you a great life in the future.

About CMR College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: There are enormous placements. Good guidance will be provided before placements for the students. There will be SDP programmes conducted weekly once, that will be helpful to crack the interviews. Our uniform grabs the attention of the interviewer, and it looks very formal. A blazer is also a part of the uniform which gives a perfect look as a manager. We are treated as young managers in our college.

Best place to study for a better and bright future.

Placements: The placements chart in the year 2016, when I joined my college was above 700. The companies started recruiting the skilled students and also the placements have dropped all over the engineering colleges. This year also, the placements were about 400-500. The companies like the IBM, Capgemini, SAP and few other top companies have visited the college. A student has made a reverse printer and was hired by the Epson company for a Rs. 45 lakhs per annum of the package. Overall, 40-50% of the student...

It's a golden opportunity where you can find the best path to succeed in your career.

Placements: The placements are really good. There are lots of opportunities in this college. If we have talent, we can easily get a better job and package. Moreover, most of the time we have been in training sessions hence we will be into placement. We will follow certain rules and are preplanned to ensure that we are on the right path.

Good college and well placed in all aspects.

Placements: First of all, compared to other branches like CSE ECE, etc., the civil branch has very fewer placements in the core-level jobs. The main advantage is that civil students can get the job along with CSE, ECE students in technical support. The college is trying its best to get top recruiters to college, but the main thing will depend on our talent, skill and capability. The internships are provided by the college and 3 lakhs per annum is minimum package and 6 to 7 lakhs per annum is the maximum pac...
