Satisfied to recommend to join this college.
Placements: CMR Institute of Technology provides average and good placement packages for its students. Placements are not only in India but also in other countries. Companies are very interested in hiring candidates from our college.
Infrastructure: The food and infrastructure of the college hostel are not very good, but they are manageable if students can adjust. The hostel feels very luxurious, but it is not affordable. The hostel timings are only up to 9 p.m., and students are not allowed to enter the hostel after that.
Faculty: The faculty are very highly qualified, and all of them have at least 3 to 4 years of teaching experience in this field. As a result, students show a lot of interest in studying at CMRIT.
Other: I recommend joining this college because of the placements. The Training and Placement Officer (TPO) is a very well-known person who works hard to place every candidate.

A good college with the best facilities.
Placements: In our college, mostly placed students are AIML students. And mostly 70 percent of students got placed. In our college, mostly all top companies like Microsoft, IBM, Mitsubishi, Deloitte, etc. are recruiting. The students on our team have got mostly top positions in companies like HR Post.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure. We have the best classrooms and labs. And we have sports rooms and libraries. We have projectors in each and every class. There are labs with AC rooms. We got the best college hostel. In our hostel, we have Wi-Fi on each and every floor. In each and every room, we have separate washrooms.
Faculty: We have the best faculty. They are helpful. They guide us in each and every place. And they guide us in each and every step. The faculty teach us well. 80 percent students pass. In our school, we have semester exams every 6 months.
Other: I have chosen data science. The best thing our data science has is good placement.

Decent college with good infrastructure, but scope for improvement in placements and academics.
Placements: The placement opportunities in our college are moderate, with around 40-50% of students getting placed each year. The highest salary package offered so far is 40 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is around 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, and occasionally Amazon and PalTech. Most students are offered roles as software developers.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is impressive, featuring air-conditioned labs equipped with modern facilities and well-ventilated classrooms, that provide a comfortable learning environment for students. Our college offers a spacious open playground. Students can play sports such as kabaddi, cricket, volleyball, and kho-kho promoting a healthy and engaging campus life.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified. Some are highly knowledgeable and teach very effectively, while others are not as helpful. Few teachers don’t complete the syllabus on time which creates challenges during exams. The course curriculum is relevant and designed to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with an average past percentage of around 45%.
Other: I chose Computer Science and Engineering as my course, and I’m somewhat satisfied with college premises. Campus has a huge crowd. Around 1000 students get admission each year across various courses. Events and fests are organized once a year. There are a few extracurricular activities based on students' interests. While the college has its strengths, there are some areas that need improvement.

Satisfied about the college.
Placements: Above 60% of students are placed in our college. The highest package is 45 LPA, the lowest package is 5 LPA, and the average package is 15 LPA. But most of the students are placed in non-IT. Top recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini, and TCS. 50% of students got internships from my course. My course is Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science). Data analytics is the top role offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is better. Wi-Fi is available in every department. Labs are available, and the equipment is also available. Classrooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. Hostel maintenance is quite good. Mess food is also good, and games, an open gym, are available.
Faculty: Faculty is very experienced, with almost 10-15 years of experience. The teaching quality is very good and understandable. My course is quite good. It has many opportunities. The difficulty of exams is moderate. Even sems are easy and odd sems are hard compared to even sems.
Other: Every event is conducted in our college. Campus surroundings are well. NSS and sports are available. Different scholarships are offered to students and also internship classes are conducted on our campus.

The Complete Engineering College.
Placements: In my course, there are around 300 students. We are getting nearly 6 LPA, and many companies come to our college for every graduating year. The college management teaches a lot of things to help students get placed in MNC companies and get decent packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good, and the cafeteria area is nice. They make a lot of various food items and conduct different types of sports. They also conduct tournaments on our campus. The labs are very nice; the systems are very advanced and work very well.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to the students. They teach a lot of things for college as well as real life. They train us very well in programming languages and also help us pass the exams. They teach in an understandable format and conduct a lot of activities.
Other: There are different types of clubs on campus, like NSS and a dance club. Both are awesome and encourage students. Each student gets a scholarship through the government according to their caste category. The campus atmosphere is very beautiful and pleasant to spend time in.

Better for the campus placements.
Placements: Placements are not much better this year compared to the previous year. But recently Accenture, Spencer Technologies, Virtusa, and some other companies visited campus for placement drives. Still, until December 2023, only about 10 percent of students are placed. Only about 1 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: We had various facilities in college, like a canteen, internet, library, sports club and some other clubs too. We had a single big building for all the students and a separate shed for the canteen and the sports room also had a very big play ground. We had good qualities in the hostel but the expenses are very high—about 100,000 rupees per year.
Faculty: Yes, the course curriculum is very good in terms of passing exams, compared to getting industrial exposure. And this course will not make students industry-ready. Pass percentage is also about 80 percent every year. Only a small number of faculty have PhDs; most have M.Tech. qualifications only.
