The best government college for agribusiness management. Satisfied above expectations.
Placements: 1) A batch consists of 30 students, among which 80–90% get placed.
2) Packages range from INR 2.5 to 8 LPA for freshers.
3) Almost all of the reputed agri-input companies arrive for campus placements (Syngenta, Bayer, AgroStar, etc. )
4) An internship is optional. Most of the students don't prefer doing it. Very few of them opt for it.
5) The roles offered may be sales officer, HRM, or marketing manager.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, etc. The computer lab is spacious and more than enough for the batch. The library is huge and houses books ranging from academics to non-curriculars as well. Hostel mess is average. The food is better than most of the canteens and more affordable. College has a huge ground. Inter-university sports keep happening. A gym facility is available.
Faculty: 1) Teachers are well-equipped with modern-day skills and knowledge. Most of the staff is visiting faculty, so the quality is not compromised. Teaching is overall good with interactive sessions, engaging presentations and fun activities.
2) Yes, this curriculum is pretty relevant. It makes students corporate-ready and imparts skills for marketing.
3) Semester exams are medium-difficult. Most of the students pass, barring a few.
Other: I ended up doing this course because I couldn't get admission to M.Sc. Agriculture in a better subject but I'm satisfied with this course now. I am enjoying it. No improvements are needed as far as I can make out of it. Campus life is great. Very few campuses surpass the vibrancy this place has to offer. Fests are ample. As far as connectivity is concerned, this place is located in the heartland of Pune. Therefore, it is not an issue. Scholarships are provided for the tuition fee as well as the hostel. Visits are arranged every month.

A campus with nature surrounding.
Placements: B.Sc. agriculture is a 4-year course. In the previous year, we have to do internships at different companies related to agriculture and its appliances. When I was in the final year, Finolex was one of the top recruiters that gave the highest salary package of 6 LPA. Every batch has almost 200 to 250 students. Out of which, 50% of students almost get placed or they apply for further studies.
Infrastructure: In our college, the classrooms are too big and are with mediocre facilities. Not only the campus but also hostels are too clean and hygienic. This college provides hostels for international students too. Mess is just near to a hostel where you can have your breakfast and meals. It is not so good in taste but you can eat it. The big playground is also near to the hostel where we used to play. The college organises various types of sport events. A big library where we will get every type of book, novel, newspapers, etc., and a very studious campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are not only good in classes but also on the field. They teach us every possible thing by doing practicals and clearing concepts. Even if you get exhausted from your studies, this sir will come and motivate you for sure.
Other: B.Sc. agriculture is going to get a much better value than now. You will get to see vegetable shops in India soon, not like Mandi. Organic farming is the future as people are more aware of their health.

Good Campus and Best Placements.
Placements: Between 50 to 60% of students were placed in this course. 2) Placement depends on the field; students in technology, pest control, agriculture business management, Ayurvedic medicine companies, and pathology have better job prospects.
Infrastructure: Competitive books are available. The college has a playground, gym, smart classes, labs, Wi-Fi, and clean hostels. There is security for both boys' and girls' hostels and throughout the campus. The college offers multiple games and extracurricular activities, including NCC enrollment and NSS activities.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, and smart classes are provided, which is beneficial for students. The course aligns with your passions and professions. Semester examinations are relatively easy, making it possible to achieve higher scores. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: Good career prospects with passion.

The college is absolutely good with the best faculty.
Placements: Companies like fertilizer and seed companies come here for campus selection. Students who score 75-90% can get placed in this college. Lots of students don't take part in campus placements because they want to prepare for competitive exams.
Infrastructure: For girls, the college hostel is free. You only have to pay for the mess. One room is shared by two girls. Rooms have beds, cupboards and tables. Security is good, and the hostel is on the campus itself. You don't get free Wi-Fi. Mess is cooperative, and the mess fee is less than 3,000.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Lecturers are regular and help every student. Semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage is 50%. Classrooms are good. You get sufficient study materials from teachers.
Other: The campus is good and huge. A gym and library are available on campus. There are many extracurricular activities conducted here.

I am satisfied with good placements, good infrastructure, good facilities, and good teaching.
Placements: About 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary offered in our course was 15 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average was 6 LPA to 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Panchganga Seed and CPF. Around 60% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. There were labs, classrooms, a library, and Wi-Fi. In the hostel mess, the quality of food was good. Canteen facilities were available. The playground was huge. Indoor and outdoor sports were played.
Faculty: We had good teachers. They helped students at any time. They were qualified and knowledgeable. It was easy to understand and learn. The learning experience was good. Semester exams were difficult, but we passed them because of the help of teachers. About 95% of students passed.
Other: Many activities take place throughout the year, including traditional events and gatherings. Scholarships were available for students.

The College of Agriculture, Pune is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra as well as India.
Placements: The companies like Mahindra, etc. visited the college. The students are hired by these companies and the package of the job depends upon the performance of the students. Also, the students have job opportunities in the agriculture sector such as Agri banking, Agri MPSC, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is pretty good. Each room of the hostel is shared by three students. Each room has two beds, two chairs, two tables and two cupboards. The admission of hostel is based on the merit of the students, hence one have to secured average marks for getting hostel. One should have to pay rent of 2k for hostel room. After completion of each semester I. e. after each six months students have to pay rent to the hostel room. The cost of meal is not included in this fee structure. Students have to pay separately for the meal for each month. The meal provided by hostel is of average quality.
Faculty: The faculty of the College Of Agriculture, Pune is of very good quality. Each teacher had done PhD in their subjects. The teachers are supportive in nature and always try to solve the problems and queries of the students. The teaching method of teachers is different hence students have to adjust to their teaching method. As per the new updated syllabus, the last semester students have to visit the industries. Firstly they have to complete the village attachment and then they have to complete the unit attachment.
Other: The campus infrastructure is very good. The best thing on the campus is the library of the college. The Library of the college is very huge and provided different types of books. Wi-Fi is provided on campus but it is not accessible to the students. The laboratories on the campus are well designed and well developed.
