Student review of College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

Faculty: To be honest not all teachers are great and helpful; a few of them are very helpful. Every teacher is good in their own field. Curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are quite difficult.

Disappointed with finance

Faculty: Some teachers are quite experienced working here since pas 10-15 years, while as some are freshly hired. Both are cooperative and good according to their accomplishments. Curriculum only builds base, not industry ready. Passing percentage is 80%.

Our college provides good placements.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are knowledgeable and good with students. The course curriculum is good. Our college is linked with Biju Patnaik University. Semester exams are conducted strictly by the university.

The college has good infrastructure without maintenance.

Faculty: All faculty are good and very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable and known what students are facing problem. Teachers are also organizing seminar and advice the students to take part. In case of industry exposure and professional growth, a lot more advancement is needed. The course curriculum was useful.

Before 2018-2019, our college was like an Autonomous College.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are good and helpful. They are cooperative and make us understand everything. Semester exams are quite tough, but still, students manage to clear the exams. The passing percentage is around 70-80%. For most of us, college is the first time you’re living away from home, and it takes a lot of getting used to. I’m beginning to wonder if it’s all just a concocted ruse to become industry specialists in the fine art of doing one’s own laundry. But when you’re delivered at ...

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this college.

Faculty: Exams conducted in our college were very difficult. Teachers were helpful and good. They were not much qualified. Some teachers were qualified but they would not teach you whatever they know. The course curriculum was not relevant and did not make students ready for the industry.

I am satisfied because of faculty members, good placements, good infrastructure, facilities, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and have higher qualifications. They are knowledgeable. College is fulfilled with a study environment. During semester exams, the college is very strict and the pass percentage is 30%. The teaching quality of our teachers is excellent.

I am satisfied with its teachers, infrastructure, and good placements are there for 2021 and 2022.

Faculty: In our college, teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Teachers clear students' doubt very easily if they have doubts. In our college, semester exams are very strict, and no one can cheat in exams.

Our college is one of the best engineering colleges. I recommend students to study here.

Faculty: Faculty members and student ratio in our college are 1:20. Each lecture is assigned approximately 20 students for their assessment and known as a proctor for them. Some faculty members are helpful and ready to help the students in all fields whenever needed. The faculty members are regular with their assigned classes and follow their duty sincerely. Many of the faculty members have an average experience of 5-6 years of teaching, and some of them also have industrial work experience especially fr...

I think our college is the best for placements. I am satisfied with it.

Faculty: There are supporting seniors and faculty members throughout my academics. If we have any problem at any time, then teachers are ready to solve it. The semester hall is clean, and exams are conducted strictly like a central exam. The pass percentage is 30%. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers who taught us are great. With knowledge of the subject, they also had a great skill to teach. If we find any teachers weak, then we can change them. It hired about 50% of new faculty members, and mos...

I'm satisfied with the placements and infrastructure of the campus. The teaching is good.

Faculty: The exams and course are well here, and the teachers are very friendly as well as helpful. The teaching quality is really competitive, and teachers are well qualified. In semester exams, maximum questions are asked from what we have taught in the classroom and some portion from outside.

In this college, you will love to join, study and have a wonderful experience.

Faculty: All the teachers here are highly qualified and very helpful. They are knowledgeable, and there is a great learning environment in our college. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is as per the university BPUT, but they somehow teach us the practical aspect of everything. Semester exams are easy for students who study. Otherwise, they are difficult, and the pass percentage is 98%.

Decent placements offered.

Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and helpful. The course curriculum needs improvement in order to make students industry ready. The semester exams are neither difficult nor easy. Have to score 30% to get passed. The examination pattern is according to BPUT (BIJU PATTNAIK UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY).

Because of the change of management in the college and placements, the scenario got changed.

Faculty: Faculty members are average. Due to the present management strategy and hierarchy structure of each department, and most importantly, they have the departments of mechanical and civil are the most popular and demanding departments.
