College of Engineering Bhubaneswar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: About 80 % of students were placed previous year and this year about 60% are placed till now and more to go. Companies which comes to our college are capgemini, byjus, jaro, smartlink, ajatus and they offer us the role of software developer and technical executive mainly. The salary we are getting offered are good for freshers. 1lakh is the minimum salary 10 Lacs is the maximum and 3 Lacs is the average salary offered .80% students got internship last year.

Placements: Previous year about 60% of student were placed in my course. As far as I know the highest salary was 7 Lacs and the lowest was 1 Lacs and talking about the average then it was 3 Lacs. Very few core companies come for our branch, last year sanjeev automobile came for both automobile and mechanical. Traniee, Technician, Technical executive are the roles offered to us. I don't have much knowledge about internship course.

Placements: In 2019, 20 percent students are placed and the highest salary is 3 to 4 lacs per annum and the lowest salary is 1.8 lacs per annum and average salary is 2-3 Lacs per annum. After 2016 no top recruiters have came in the college. College will not help the students to get internship.

Placements: About 7.0% of the students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5.0 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4.0 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Infosys, TCS, etc. Students should be in discipline and do their work properly. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 6.0 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.0 LPA. Around 6.5 or 7.0% of the students got an internship in companies like TCS, TVS, etc.

Placements: None of the students from my batch has been selected for the placement till now. The highest salary is only 22000/- and the lowest salary is 6000/- average salary is 15000/- only. The top recruiting company is ESPTL of my course. Top role offered to us is mostly Software Developer. The highest package is 2.6/- LPA and the lowest package is 72000/-PA and the average package offered to us is 1.8/- LPA. Only 1% of students got internship from our course in ESPTL.

Placements: Until now, almost 10-15% of the students in our branch are placed. The lowest salary package offered was Rs. 80,000 per annum. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Companies that visit here for offering jobs are mostly Bhubaneswar based start-ups. Roles offered here are of software developer and system engineer. Placements: My batch is 2020 and I am pursuing B.Tech from college of engineering Bhubaneswar with branch computer Science and engineering.10 percent of students are placed. The highest salary is 23000, average is 15000 and the lowest is 6000 offered. Tcs and Qspider is top recruiter. Roles offered is software developer. The highest package is 2.7 LPA, average is 1.8 LPA and the lowest is 72000. only 5 percent got internship in vinova, net tantra.

Placements: As nowadays, no other sector companies are offering placements apart from software companies. So only software companies visit our college for placements. Approximately 30% of the students got placed. But they don't provide an internship. If you are opting IT or CS branch, then you might have a chance to get placed.

Placements: Placement is not good. The average salary offered was 2LPA. The lowest salary offered was 84000PA. Some students tried off campus and got a salary of 3.5 LPA. Very less no. Of students got placed in companies that visit the campus. Most companies are Bhubaneswar based and offer very less salary as compared to the salary offered in the market for the same role. Placements: In our college placements are not that good, companies like smartlink, ajatus, jaro, value labs, FCI-CCM etc. Are coming whose name we never heard before. Packages offered by this type of companies are 3.5-4.5 Lacs. The roles we are offered in this companies are software developer, sales person etc.

The lowest salary offered to them was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Value Labs, Wipro, Jaro etc. Almost 80% of the students do their internships from airports, BSNL, Tata Steel.

Many students were placed in an internship. My college campus is suitable for outside state students, and there is a communication system for other institutions. About 50% of students got an internship.

Placements: Our batch is of 2016-2020, B.Tech mechanical. Still, no core company has visited so I can't say about the highest or the lowest salary packages offered. I don't have an idea about the percentage of students who got an internship for our course.

Placements: The percentage of students placed varies between 60-80% every year. The median of the salary is 2.4lpa while the highest is often 4lpa. The top recruiters are local companies around Bhubaneswar namely Ajatus Software. The students mostly intern in BSNL which itself is in Bhubaneswar and it more of a training session in Cisco Packet Router than an internship.

Placements: The college provides the passing out batches with the best companies to get placed. Simultaneously it also conducts good placement training classes from the 3rd semesters as well. So the students may get placed in a good company with their ability.

Placements: Placements were okay for our batch. Better than the previous batch. Accenture hired the highest number of people after tech Mahindra and cognizant. However, it depends on the student again. But we didn't have too many options to choose from. I am not satisfied with the placement department.

Placements: Most of the IT companies visit the college for placements. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Aurus Pvt Ltd, Shriram Panels, IBS and many more companies visit the campus for recruitment. The placement team is very active and supports the students in every possible aspect. Many core companies also visit the campus to offer placements with a basic salary package. The placement cell has supported us and also notified us about the companies.
