The lecturers are also very cooperative for extracurricular activities.
Placements: No campus selection. There were many opportunities in private companies like pesticide company, seed companies for about Rs. 30000-40000 salary i.e depending on the talent and skill of the student in work. Apart from that government jobs like HA, AHO, SO etc are also there. In our batch, only a few people joined the company. Some are doing M.Sc. while some are preparing for UPSC.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are there in the college, the library is so good compared to others regarding the availability of variety of books colleges as per my knowledge. Classrooms are also good with AC and projector facilities. Hostel is a little bit congested for girls. But very good quality food available four times a day. One small canteen also there near the college it is also good. Sports facilities are very good.
Faculty: Highly knowledgeable faculty. Almost all faculty members are Ph.D. holders. They teach more practical things than theory. It is very helpful to do job in private companies and to work in our own field. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry ready.
Other: I chose this course because I have so much interest to learn about plants. The best thing means we can learn more about the plants, we can understand the hard work of farmers. Campus selection should be there like other Engineering colleges. Many events are conducted in college and they provide the best platform to showcase your talent. The surrounding & environment of college is so good. The lecturers are also very cooperative for extracurricular activities.
