Affiliated to Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council and Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU), College of Hospitality Administration (CHA) was established in 2007 in Jaipur. RISU is the first Skill University in the Government sector to be established across Jaipur.

College of Hospitality Administration is for candidates planning their career in the areas of Hospitality and want to join an airline crew and wish to become a chef or a celebrity bartender. The College offers various diploma and certificate courses related to Front Office Management, Food Production, Bakery & Confectionery, Housekeeping, Event Management, Aviation, Cruise, Hospitality and Catering in the stream of Hotel Management.

It has assisted more than 1,200 students so far, since its inception. There is an exclusive restaurant set up on campus with a seating capacity of over 45 people. Also, it has a well-equipped training kitchen, bakery and patisserie lab, etc. to impart practical training sessions. Every student is assigned with a personalised mentor to assist with the future aspects related to the Hospitality sector.

College of Hospitality Administration Admission Process

Admissions to College of Hospitality Administration are merit-based. Candidates, who have cleared Class 12 are eligible to apply to the College. They can directly walk-in to the College to appear for an MCQs-based written test conducted by the College in around March. Classes for the new batches commence in June every year. Here are some fast facts related to the admission process of College of Hospitality Administration:

BVoc

• Selection for BVoc programme is based on candidates' performance in the written test followed by a Personal Interview (PI)
• Candidates need to score a minimum of 50 per cent to clear the written test for admission 

Diploma Courses

• Final selection for the diploma courses is based on candidates' performance in PI

Note: The College conducts interviews for remotely located candidates through skype and telephone.

The College offers full-time Bachelor of Vocation (BVoc) in Hospitality & Hotel Administration at UG-level as well as diploma courses in three specialisations.
