    * Teaching Quality: The majority of faculty members are well-qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. They are supportive and helpful, providing good guidance and mentorship.

College of vocational studies review, is it really worth to take admission?
Placements: 1. Usually, 20% to 30% get placed in the B.Com (Hons) course. 2. The highest package was 21 LPA, the lowest is 2.4 LPA, and the average is 3.6 LPA. 3. Top recruiting companies are KPMG, Accenture, and Airtel. 4. 50% to 60% of students get internships. 5. Top roles that are offered include Accountant, Auditor, and HR.
Infrastructure: Our college has very large campus. College has large ground which has all sports like football ground, badminton, basketball, and cricket. Our college has two buildings old building and new building. Old building looks old and new looks really amazing and spacious. New building classrooms are really NEET and clean. College has Wi-Fi facility, computer lab, canteen, library and seminar hall. College doesn't have auditorium. I feel old building should be renovated. Old building benches are in very poor condition.
Faculty: Teacher are really helpful and well qualified and very knowledgeable there teaching style is pretty decent and understandable. Course curriculum is relevant because teaches us Accounting and Business which helps in to become industry ready. But for high paying jobs in accounting you must do CA because only B.Com (Hons). Won't give high paying jobs in accounting. Semester exams are not that tough but the exams has totally practical question. They want to test practical understanding of students. Usually 90% students get passed.
Other: I chose this course because I'm from commerce background and I have interest in Accounting and Business. Best thing about our course is, it is totally practical course which doesn't force us to do rot learning. I think in this changing world accounting must be teach in software more than theory. Events are really amazing there is cultural society name TATVA they organises all the fest. Campus crowd really cool and friendly.

Excellent south campus college for good college life memories.
Placements: The overall placement rate at CVS has been impressive, with a significant percentage of students securing jobs in reputed companies like Deloitte, TCS, KPMG, Ernst & Young, HDFC Bank, Wipro, Make my trip, etc. A diverse range of companies from various sectors, such as IT, Finance, Marketing, Tourism, and consulting, visit the campus for recruitment. The highest salary package offered in this college is Rs. 24 LPA as per the latest placement report and average package ranges between Rs. 3 and 6 LPA, with some students receiving offers exceeding Rs. 10 LPA. The college encourages students to undertake internships during their course, providing them with practical experience and industry exposure. Workshops on resume building, group discussions, interview techniques, panel discussions and webinars are conducted regularly in the college. Around 75–80% of students gets placed in the batch while remaining pursue higher studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The seminar hall with modern audio-visual equipment is available for smaller gatherings and academic discussions. The college cafeteria offers a variety of affordable food options for students. Currently, CVS does not offer on-campus hostel facilities. Students from outside Delhi often reply to nearby private accommodations, or PGs (paying guest facilities). The lack of hostel facilities is a significant drawback, particularly for out-of-town students. The library is well-stocked with a diverse collection of books, journals, and digital resources for students. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, though connectivity can be patchy in some areas. The college has multiple computer labs with internet access but upgrading the hardware and software in these labs is an ongoing requirement to keep up with the latest technological advancements. The college provides sports facilities to the students and has widespread ground facilities in the college. Classrooms are not equipped with air conditioning.
Faculty: The faculty of this college are excellent, helpful, well-qualified and have good experience. The course curriculum is well-set with the objective of helping the students of commerce acquire the skills that make them industry-ready. The passing percentage of the college is good, with few people getting failed and repeating year. The teaching methods adopted are quite excellent and understandable.
Other: The crowd at the college is well diversified and very good. The nearest metro stations to reach college are Chirag Delhi (for magenta line uses) and Malviya Nagar (for yellow line uses). The college is close to Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. The college has many cultural societies that are active and conduct festivals and events throughout the year. Societies are active and help in building bonds and circles around the college. The surrounding area of the college is pretty good and the college encourages students to take part in extracurricular activities along with academics. Fests at the college were also very good.

Great faculty but poor academics and infrastructure.
Placements: • The highest (21.5 LPA) and the lowest packages vary from year to year according to the companies and profiles that year. • DE-Shaw was one of the major companies that recruited. • Analyst, Marketing Associate are some roles offered. • Internships from companies like John Jacobs and Dentsu Creative.
Infrastructure: • Lack of ACs in classrooms, broken fans, and uncomfortable seating arrangements. • No hostel facilities offered. • Infrastructure for sports and cultural societies is present. • Common rooms for both boys and girls. • Wi-Fi is present, and the library is available and open for all courses.
Faculty: • Top professors in the DU circuit who have been authors and editors of books. • Faculty is well-qualified. • Exam difficulty is the same as all the other colleges in the Delhi University. • After the introduction of NEP, the syllabus is updated to match industry interviewing grounds.
Other: • Active college societies help in building bonds and circles around the college. • Presence of different courses in the college makes the crowd diverse. • Civil and honest crowd in College of Vocational Studies.

College life of 2021 batch .
Placements: So in my batch, not many of the students get placed. I was one of them. In terms of placement, the college of vocational studies is average; they don't provide big companies, which is why I think other college students got placement in big companies in terms of our college .
Infrastructure: So in terms of infrastructure, I think they are average because, in the rainy season, the classroom is mostly filled with rainy water. Other than that, the labs and library are much more decent and they are much more spacious for students to sit and roam freely. The grounds of the college are very big; overall, they're above average .
Faculty: The faculty of this college is very helpful and friendly in my batch. My course teacher was very involved in the class activities and took initiative to let us feel a friendly environment while teaching. Other than that, the passing criteria of this college are the same as those of other colleges and the semester exam is not as hard as it was what they taught us. The teachers also take weekly tests, which really improved our overall performance at the end .
Other: The examination hall discipline needs to be improved .

    Good college life and campus.
Placements: The placement of the college is up to par, and the highest package offered to the students in the college goes around up to 20 lacs per annum, and the average package offered to the students also goes to 6 to 8 lacs per annum. The top recruiters are big players in the market like Tata, KPMG, Reliance and many more companies that acquire new talents from college placements. The placement cell of the college is very good and does multiple workshops to help the students get prepared for job interviews and daily post-internship opportunities, which help the students gain experience in the corporate world.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is neither too good nor too bad but some things need attention, as the quality of the benches is getting degraded and the walls of the college are not in good condition. The canteen is good and serves food at minimal prices, considering the budgets of the college students. The ground of the college, on the other hand, is very good and wide spread, as it has a pitch for cricket and volleyball and a basketball court side by side, plus it does have a net practice area for cricket too.
Faculty: The examination system at DU is not at all good as it overlaps exams with other professional courses, which puts the students in a situation where they have to leave one of the exams, which is not at all good. The passing percentage of the college is high, as the courses are not very hard or too easy. The papers have a normal level of difficulty, which helps the individual pass without any difficulty in the exams.
Other: I chose this course because B.Com. (Hons.) is one of the most prestigious at Delhi University and as a commerce student, DU is a hub for all commerce students. The course is good but there needs to be some changes, like the number of subjects that are assigned to us, which can be reduced as we are currently having 7 subjects per semester, which is a good amount of subjects.

    Very nice college of DU.
Placements: The placements are average at the College of Vocational Studies, Delhi University. It does not offer very good placements. The average package offered is around INR 3.5-4 LPA. The placements are taken care of by the placements cell which has both students and teachers. Some of the top recruiters are Max Date House, Lenskart, Indigo, Elextel Pvt Ltd., etc.
Infrastructure: The college is very nicely built. It has a lot of tutorial rooms, a store room, a seminar hall, multiple classrooms, sports room, football ground, open gym, cricket pitch, yoga room, washrooms for differently abled, tactile path for differently abled, photocopier, medical rooms, library and lawns too.
Faculty: The course is very well inclined with the market outside. It helped me learn real experiences via case studies which the teachers discussed in the class. The teachers were very humble too. They always helped us with our doubts and concerns. The exams are also easy to pass if you study enough.
