Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) - Batch of 2027

Nice crowd and societies that help in social development.
Placements: Approximately 30% of students were placed from BMS. The highest package was 21.50L, the lowest was 4L, and the average package is 6L. Top recruiters are Deloitte, Decathlon, Paytm, PwC India, and E&Y. The placement cell is also very nice, and they take your PI, CV, and other relevant documents if you want to be part of it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is moderate, as there are three buildings. The old one is original but not so well-maintained. The first new building is nice and well-maintained, and the second new building is also good. There is space for indoor games. The ground is one of the best places in our college; it's big and well-maintained. The library is also one of the best places in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they do everything possible to make you study and help you whenever you ask them. Their teaching quality is nice, and they are well-qualified as well. The curriculum is relevant, as it's from basic to advanced, and it has a more practical approach that helps students to be future-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult. They are average.

College is average because of less placements.
Placements: Around 30%-40% of students got placed. The salary packages ranges from 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA. Not very well-known companies are involved. Around 50 students from my batch received internships. Sales and operations were the roles offered mostly.
Infrastructure: Our college classrooms were very bad, fans did not work in the old building. But, the new buildings are much better. The new classrooms have a sufficient number of fans and lights with good ventilation. The food in the canteen is average. One can have it as it is affordable and justifies the prices. It also offers a huge variety.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They used modern techniques to teach us. Vocational courses are a good choice for everyone to pursue as they provide industry knowledge along with bookish knowledge. Semester exams are not a big deal because they are very direct and based on what we are taught.
Other: I personally chose this course because I'm very extroverted and love to connect with people. I enjoy getting to know them, and it's a very good field. CVS has organised multiple events, and I enjoyed them all, from freshers to farewell. It has been a very joyful journey. Apart from this, CVS has one of the best dance groups in the entire DU.

College campus is really peaceful and friendly just as the people.
Placements: Only a few percent of students get placements in my course, and the highest package was around 15 LPA, and the minimum was 5 LPA, as far as I got to know from others. Companies like HCL are the most known, and internships are not really a problem; everyone gets nearly by connections in some NGOs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really mid, just like typical old colleges. They are working on the new buildings for the college, but it will take time, so cannot say. The college campus consists of Wi-Fi, computer labs, and a library. The experience is really great.
Faculty: Some teachers are really cooperative, and some are really such a psycho; they just SEE the college as their workplace, they got nothing to do with the students. My course makes students industry-ready and relevant to the skills, and the semester exams were not really hard, thanks to the teachers who worked hard to provide all the required information.
Other: I chose this course because this course really makes students industry-ready and gives you knowledge about industries. I just wish that my course will get some good teachers.

A fun college with below-average infrastructure, bad admin services, and excellent teachers.
Placements: There are around 62 students in our course. The salary package offered is 10 LPA but depends from time to time. Internships are easy for students as companies need students who can manage the business. This course is mainly based on how students can be entrepreneurs and start their own companies. Students get skilled and get jobs in their fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is below average. Benches are very dusty all the time. The water coolers are very bad and were replaced some days ago. The quality of the food in the canteen is very good. Our canteen offers a huge variety of food menu at a cheap price. It has an air conditioner with a huge seating area.
Faculty: Teachers are very good and understanding is not much related. It is 100 times better. Almost everyone passes. The course curriculum is related to a level but it should be based on how to start a business properly, where to get funds and should give real-time experience. Semester exams can be cleared by studying a day or two earlier.
Other: I chose this course because I want to learn how to start my own small business. The curriculum and campus crowd are very good. The campus is surrounded by greenery.

Our college does not provide promising placements.
Placements: Top recruiting companies for the tourism management course are from the tourism and hospitality sectors. They recruit students. Firms like Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels, ITC Hotels, MakeMyTrip, and Yatra visit our college. Other management companies also visit our college. Vocational studies provide promising placements in students' best interest and knowledge. Our college placement cell provides proper guidelines for students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides proper lectures and management classes for the tourism management course with a lot of live travel and exploring the nearby tourist College. Our canteen has some basic food menu which tastes good. The food is prepared with proper hygiene. We have a well-maintained garden. It has greenery. We have a clean campus.
Faculty: All professors and teachers are very helpful. They are always willing to help students with any class and career doubts. They are specialised in their specific fields. Semester exams are not difficult. We have theory-based exams in the tourism management course. The passing percentage is 40%. It is very easy to clear.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in travelling. I want to explore more places to make memories while exploring our college. Our college conducts two main events named Tatva and Odyssey. The cultural fests include DJ nights, singing, and other additional competitions with participants from other colleges.

Really good social life and fiesta.
Placements: Honesty, I have no idea about percentage of students placed because usually students prefer Masters after college. So I think only 20 percent students get placed through placement cell. As far as I know, 23 LPA was the highest package offered in CVS. Top recruiters include Decathlon and Indigo.
Infrastructure: The food quality in the canteen is no doubt very good. Also, there is a well-maintained library available with air conditioning. However, there are no ACs in the classrooms. There are no proper projectors for presentations, only classrooms. Seats and chairs are properly arranged but are not really comfortable.
Faculty: Teachers are, no doubt, very experienced and qualified. For every course, there are teachers available to help the students. My course, being in marketing, requires a lot of practical knowledge that is relevant in real life. But our course doesn't really provide that. Its main theoretical knowledge. About the exams, they are not really difficult if students study from the start of the semester. Previous-year questions help a lot. The passing percentage is approximately 35%.
