IHM CET Application Form 2022, Registration: Know How to Apply

Given below are important IHM CET application form dates for the exam scheduled to be held in March 2022:

IHM CET application form can be filled in both online and offline modes. Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to fill IHM CET 2022 application form:

Step 1: Avail IHM CET Application Form

Candidates applying in online mode can fill the application form for IHM CET exam on the official website of CEDP Skill Institute. 

Candidates applying in offline mode can get the application form along with brochure at CEDP Skill Institute.

Step 2: Fill IHM CET Application Form

Details to be filled in online or offline IHM CET application form 2022 include:

• Personal details such as candidate’s name, date of birth, category, gender, nationality, parents’ names, etc
• Mailing address along with telephone/ mobile number
• Qualifying exam details such as year of passing, subjects studied, etc
• Recent passport size coloured photograph of the candidate (to be pasted in offline application or uploaded in online application). Maximum size for image upload is 1 MB in JPG or PNG format
• Signature of the candidate (to be uploaded in online application). Maximum size for scanned signature upload is 1 MB in JPG or PNG format   

Step 3: Pay IHM CET Application Fee

Next, candidates need to pay the prescribed application fee for IHM CET 2022 exam (mentioned below). It may be noted that candidates who purchased the application form from CEDP Skill Institute need not to pay the fee again.

Step 4: Submit IHM CET Application Form

Candidates applying in online mode can submit the application form by clicking on the Submit button.

Candidates applying in offline mode need to submit the application form at CEDP Skill Institute only.

IHM CET application fee is different for candidates applying in online and offline modes. Candidates filling IHM CET application form in online mode need to remit Rs 500 as the application fee. On the other hand, candidates filling the form in offline mode need to pay Rs 700 as the application fee.    

Note: IHM CET application fee 2022 is same for candidates belonging to different categories. Also, IHM CET application fee once paid is non-refundable.  

CEDP Skill Institute does not provide the facility for correction of IHM CET application form, once submitted. Regarding the same, the official website of the institute states, “No request for change/ correction/ modification in the particulars of application form will be entertained.”

Therefore, all candidates applying for IHM CET 2022 exam are recommended to check the particulars given by them in the application form very carefully before submitting it. Any application form with incomplete or incorrect information is liable to be rejected.
