CVR College of Engineering is the Best.
Placements: The placements in our college are pretty decent. Many of the top companies visit our college. Most of the students get placements in our college. The management brings the top companies and helps the students. Irrespective of the branch, the college provides placements. The highest package is 58 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college provides the best courses. And the infrastructure of the college is good. Well-provided labs. There are 600 seats for CSE and many computer science-related courses. The faculty is very good. The hostel facility is also good. It provides good food and shelter.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly professional and educated. They always help the students to get the best from them. The exam pattern in our college is also good. The exam difficulty is also moderate. If we listen to the classes, it's just enough. So overall, it is good.
Other: Our college is pretty decent, no need for any information.

Our College is One of the Best Colleges.
Placements: Placements in our college are pretty much good when compared to other colleges in our state, but we cannot guarantee for everyone about getting a job. The highest package in our college is 58 LPA, which is very high when compared to other colleges in our state.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures, which helps the students increase their morale in every aspect. The hostel infrastructure is also very good. Students who live in the hostel often say that the food is very good as it tastes the same as at home.
Faculty: The faculty in the college is very experienced, and they are very excited to help the students with their doubts. This helps the students boost their interest in the subject, which helps greatly in their performance and ultimately leads to getting a nice package.

Don't join CVR if you want good College life.
Placements: I'm from the CSE (AI and ML) branch. My passing out batch is 2027, and I am currently studying in the second year at the college. Here is the placement information of our seniors. The highest salary is 33 Lacs per annum, and the lowest is 3 Lacs per annum. Over 225 students got above 6 Lacs per annum. In the academic year 2023-24, the total placements are 900, with an average package of 6 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Commvault, Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, Accenture, IBM, etc. About 70% of students got placed.
Infrastructure: The internet in the labs is very good. Lab equipment is pretty outdated—computers, processors, keyboards, monitors, and chairs are all outdated. It is appropriate for studying in the labs for students. Classrooms are good with good furniture. The library is a huge, two-storeyed building with a huge collection of books. The hostel is not providing the required facilities for the price. The canteen is beautiful with good food at affordable prices. We have equipment for indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are not qualified and don't have knowledge. They simply read the presentation slides and dictate notes. Some of the teachers are really qualified and helpful in academics. The curriculum is also outdated and does not include the current industry-required syllabus. It does not allow students to become industry-ready. Exams are pretty easy to clear compared to JNTU board exams. The pass percentage is about 95%.
Other: I chose this course because of the AI boom in recent days. My course has good job scope in the future because of the AI boom. We have Ciencia tech fest every two years and annual day every year. The campus is 20 km away from the city, which is a disadvantage. Students will get scholarships from the Telangana government.

East or West, our college is the best.
Placements: The placements in our college are much better than other colleges when we compare. You can join this college for placements, but not everyone will get placed for sure. So, gain some knowledge about coding and join. Our college placements are much better compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: In this college, hostels are not as good compared to other colleges, but now they have improved their facilities. They are providing washing machines, lifts, and tables for everyone. So, now you can join the hostel. Compared to other colleges, this is the best.
Faculty: The faculty in this college is better compared to other colleges, but we are not sure that all faculty members are enough to gain knowledge. However, our faculty helps with subjects where we have doubts, assists with projects, and teaches how to communicate with placement staff.

Good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: CVR College of Engineering in Ranga Reddy, Telangana, has demonstrated commendable placement records in recent years. For the 2023-24 academic year, over 75 companies visited the campus, resulting in more than 900 student placements. The highest package offered was INR 33,00,000 per annum, with an average salary of INR 8,00,000 per annum. Notably, over 100 students received offers exceeding INR 10,00,000 per annum, and approximately 225 offers were above INR 6,00,000 per annum. Top recruiting companies included Commvault, Oracle, Cadence, GAP, Factset, Infosys, Verisk, Synopsys, Paltech, and Accolite.
Infrastructure: It is good to live in the hostel, but there are some restrictions for outside food and also for outings. The Student Centre, an independent four-story building, encompasses various amenities such as a canteen, gym, indoor sports facilities, a medical center, and the placement office. This center serves as a hub for students to dine, engage in recreational activities, and access essential services.
Faculty: They focus on studies, not on events, so it is preferred to study first and then attend events. Regarding semester examinations, they are designed to be challenging to assess students' understanding effectively. However, students who engage diligently with the coursework and develop strong problem-solving skills find them manageable. Specific pass percentage statistics are not publicly available, but the college’s emphasis on quality education and a comprehensive curriculum supports student success.
Other: I chose this because I want to be an AI/ML engineer, and I researched this course. I am developing day by day through analysis.

No extracurricular activities. Placements were too bad.
Placements: Only 40 percent of students were placed in the course. The highest package was 30 LPA, while the lowest was 1.6 LPA. The average package offered in my course was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Oracle, Accenture, and Cognizant. Unfortunately, no one secured an internship from my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but there is no Wi-Fi. The labs, classrooms, and library are decent, although no one usually uses the library. Hostel facilities are good, but again, there is no Wi-Fi. The food quality varies; sometimes it is good, and other times it is bad. The canteen food quality is poor, with flies and insects often found in the food.
Faculty: The teachers are sometimes helpful, but at times they can be arrogant when clarifying our doubts. This course is curriculum-oriented, but the students may not be industry-ready with this type of faculty. Semester exams are quite difficult, and we try our best to pass all of them.
