Placements: Dav College in Dehradun doesn't offer any placements for courses like B.Com, B.Sc., B.A, etc. But a few companies come to hire students from self-financed courses like B.Sc, IT and masters courses. An average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Companies visiting the campus are usually start-ups. An average of 30-40% of the students gets internships.
Placements: Only 10% of students got placed from college, and even students from our batch got fewer placements. This is a government college, so only a few companies visit the campus for recruitment. The highest salary package offered was around 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Concentrix company was the top company that visited our college. The role was offered to manage the company with talent and good service. There is no internship p...
Placements: There is no placement wing, and they do not provide placements for any of the course in our college. They even don't provide internships for any course which is offered on the campus. This college provides only an undergraduate degree. Overall, it is the best college for students who want to pursue a career in other fields.
Placements: I am a student of batch 2017-2020 pursuing B.Com from DAV PG College, Dehradun. Our course is one of the best which is provided by the college. There are many students in our batch. It is one of the reputed institutions of our town. Students can apply for UG or PG courses without any hesitation.
Placements: 1. About 10 to 15 students were placed 3. Many MNC and BPO companies came to the campus 4. Growth officer was the top role offered 5. The highest package is about 8 Lacs per annual and the lowest package is 1.60 Lacs per annual 6. 10 to 15 students got an internship with lots of companies in Rudrapur, selaqui etc.
Placements: Around 45% placement percentage with average 4 Lacs per annum package in different pharma lab and companies, top recruiting company was Ayush limited. Students were going through visualisation of their bright future with attractive base packages,it was too good.
Placements: Placement was not that good in the college, and very few got placed there as there is no placement committee and no proper administration to monitor the placement situation in the college since its a government college, hardly anyone cares about the placement and students.
Placements: The college doesn't offer any placement opportunities. While other private universities Place their students in renowned companies with packages ranging from 2.5-10 LPA. The college should take the initiative towards the placements. Is DAV always rocks?
Placements: The college doesn't offer any placement opportunities. Students sore good marks here. Our teachers are very good, and the highest percentage scored by students is 80%, and the lowest is around 50%. The college is good in all aspects, but no students get placed in any company. However, our students are good in their own way, and they can get selected in any company in the walk-in interviews.
Placements: As it is a government degree college so there is no placement in our course. As most of the students opt to do further studies like Ph.D. after completing M.Sc. They should provide a placement as every student expects to get job after completion of UG or PG degree.
Placements: DAV is a government college, so there is no placement system. Many courses are available under the government authorised university. Students in our college were very good at studies. Internships provided by our college for the students were very good.
Placements: Placements in DAV (PG) College are average. As most of the courses are basic courses, only one or two companies visit our campus every year. A company visits the campus for B.Com students every year. For my batch, Global Company and Concentrix visited the college. For freshers, the role of customer care executive was offered. It recruited around 50 students. The lowest package provided by the company was 2.4 LPA, and it could go up to 4 LPA depending on the city you would like to work.
Placements: There are no placements provided by the college. No student joins here except for the ones who just want to have a degree or the ones preparing for competitive exams such as CA, CS, and government exams. During my tenure, The Times of India visited for the sake of recruiting students. They offered jobs which required you to survey in your respective locations. That was the only placement offer I guess. Very nominal salary was paid and that too on target basis as we also had to influence people t...
Placements: The placement scenario in our college was not on par with the industry. There are no placements on the campus for graduate-level courses. The placement sessions are organised on the campus for professional courses only, and that includes the courses like bachelor in tourism management, master in business administration, etc.
Placements: The placements do not take place very often. In previous year placement were conducted where BPO companies ( Private) came to college where average package is Rs. 2 lacks to 2.5 Lacs. Thus it is not better to rely on college on placement. Because very low amount of package is received.
Placements: The college produces many young officers and politicians to our country. For placements, there was a big job fair in college and many big companies came to recruit students. The highest salary offered by a company was 6 lacs per annum, the lowest was 2 lacs per annum, and 2.75 lacs is the average salary offered in a job fair, it was very useful for the future of students.
Placements: There are no placements here, but the quality of education is good. There is a yearly fest, and you can do other things with the course because you get enough time to study as it is not necessary to come daily. There is good faculty for teaching. Overall, it's a good deal because it's a government college.
Placements: There were no placement opportunities availed by the college in earlier years, but this year a company named Hindustan Media visited the college for campus recruitment offering a stipend of Rs. 7,000/month. Many children appeared for the same. There was no information about the number of students who were selected by the company. The college hardly gives any sort of information for the same.
Placements: There were no placements for our batch. Our seniors were also not given placements. It is a government college so I think they do not provide placements and the number of students is also very high. This college also does not provide any professional courses expect the law and that may be the reason that they do not provide any placements here.
Placements: Sorry, but in this college, there are no placements as this college has rumours and a bad name for their politics. In this college, lots of tension is created between two parties at the voting time. Sometimes, riots and medicals emergency also happen here. But, in this college students will be qualified.
