One of the best, oldest and prestigious institutions of Mumbai with a very beautiful and large campus. The huge ground and walk way around it are much loved hang out place for the students. The crowd is a mixed bag with students coming from all over Mumbai and it's outskirts to study here. Famed for its academically charged students and atmosphere, Ruparel College has a wonderful cultural community as well. It even has a representative Baseball team! The faculty are best in their fields of study...
The USP of the college is its Campus. The college has huge green campus and you need not to think of getting out from the college to hang out with friends. It is rare that you find such a big campus for a college situated in South Mumbai. It is indeed beautiful and proud thing about being in the college. The education I took from there was of BMS, will be rated average from me. Some teachers were amazing and some were not. Though there is a group of teachers which will support you till the limit...
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Companies like Minecraft and TCS visit the college. Roles offered are web developer, data analyst, database administrator, IT consultant, and data scientist. Most of the batchmates are pursuing MCA, M.Sc, and IT.
Placements: About 50% of students get placed, about 40% opt for higher studies, and 10% remain left out. The majority of students pursue B.Ed and D.Ed degrees. Arts, Science, and Commerce are all available at the college. College majorly offers major scope for commerce students.
Placements: There are many companies including some medical companies that give internships to college students. But there are some certain students who got top-class internships because of their grades and marks they obtained. Some companies want merit list students from here.
Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed. The number of students placed in on-campus drives are less as compared to off campus. The lowest salary according to me was 1.9 k annually and the highest was 2.5 k annually. Companies like Capgemini, Infosys visit the campus for recruitment. Tester, developer, network administrator were the roles offered.
Placements: 1. 20% of the students were placed. 2. The highest salary is INR 21,000, the lowest is INR 10,000, the average is INR 13,000. 3. TCS, Infosys, Capgemini are the top recruiting companies. 4. Software developer, Tester are the top job role offered.
Placements: The college offered only BMS course in finance specialisation. At the end of the year, students with finance specialisation were offered irrelevant placements in marketing. Companies such as ICICI and Federal Banks came to offer placements in the marketing domain.
Placements: Placements are allotted to students who enrol their names. So, students who have enrolled their names, their grades should be good, and the best ones get placements. I am not sure about the salary offered, but commerce and science students have a better chance at placements. Arts students can also apply for placements.
Placements: Our college provides placements in various sectors. Many multinational companies are interested in hiring students from our college as their company employees. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tata and various IT companies visit our college for placements. The placement criteria are good here.
Placements: Placement are only for professional courses not for all courses. Average package of placement for degree course are 3 Lacs and Minimum package is 2 Lacs, maximum package offered are 5 Lacs till now. For master it's same only. Startups and Banks visit this college.
