Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, though the campus placements are not .

Faculty: The teaching quality is really great; many of the teachers have done their Masters from IIT and NIT. The course curriculum is relevant as the college is now autonomous and has its own syllabus, being relevant for industry. The semester exams are moderately difficult, and the pass percentage is 40 %.

Our college provides good vibes, environment, and a high-level education.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great. Exams are conducted in a proper manner and students need to work hard to get good scores. The pattern of exams is easy, and the exams are conducted on a quarterly base with unit tests of 25 marks 2 times and semester-end exams of 50 marks.

Good college, infrastructure, and campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but we have to study on our own for exams, and faculty members are well qualified; most are Ph.D. holders, and the way they teach is okay, but most importantly, they do help you when you have some doubts about them. For my course, I feel the curriculum is outdated and industries require more automation, and we will head towards automation, but the curriculum is typically old.

Excellent infrastructure and highly educated staff.

Faculty: Excellent and well-educated staff. The curriculum is excellently designed for the students. Academic lectures and practicals are well-managed by the faculty members, preventing any burden on the students. Class tests are conducted on a regular basis, along with remedial and doubt lectures.

Absolutely satisfied because of good faculties and good placement

Faculty: Faculties were very knowledgeable and qualified. The nature of most of the faculties were helpful. This course was fully curriculum relevant and course was making students fully industry ready. Pass percentage of students was good for semester exam because of preliminary exam conducted by college.

An average college in Pune.

Faculty: The college is affiliated with Pune University so it follows the university curriculum. The latest technologies are taught in the curriculum and are also well organized. The teachers are also quite supportive. It's not that difficult to pass exams; if you study one week before the exam, you may also get good marks. The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. We can clear our doubts with our teachers.

At the end, I want to say that college doesn’t matter; it depends on your skills.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful, and the faculty is very nice. They help you a lot. Exams are not that difficult. Yes, this course makes you industry-ready, depending on your skills. This course is helpful; you can take this course to get industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough if you prepare.

Review of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi.

Faculty: The faculty of the college are very supportive; they support you in every project and guide the students in all ways. Teachers try their best to give the whole knowledge to students as they have. They support the students in every activity and explain everything in a good way.

Absolutely a good college in terms of education, placements, campus, sports, and other facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are really good, knowledgeable, and highly qualified, providing from basic to detailed knowledge about each topic. They also help students who are struggling academically by conducting activities that aid in studying. Exams are tough, but the quality of teaching is high, so there’s no need for extra coaching, and the passing percentage is good, around 80%.

Review of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi.

Faculty: Faculty is very well educated and experienced. They are highly qualified, as most of the faculty have pursued a Ph.D. or are pursuing it. Course curriculum is the thing I am disappointed on, as I feel its very outdated and real-life industry-required curriculum should be introduced. Exams are not very difficult to crack; an average study can lead you to a very good pointer.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college .

Faculty: I am studying in B.Tech. in D. Y. Patil Akurdi, which is located in Pune. The teachers (faculty) of this college are very helpful and hold a degree of Ph.D. with proper knowledge of related courses. The course curriculum is perfect regarding the topic; it is beneficial for students to become industry-ready. The semester is quite difficult. The passing percentage is 33%.

Overall, a really good college life at DYPCOE Akurdi.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are experienced and supportive, while others are less experienced and provide poor quality teaching. The course is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, but from 2024, the college has become autonomous. College exams are moderately difficult to encourage students to study and achieve higher scores.

Great for machines and robotics. Outstanding events, sports, diverse campus and monthly activities .

Faculty: The teachers are highly effective in their teaching methods. They assist students not only in understanding the coursework and clearing doubts but also in participating in extracurricular activities. They prepare students for the industry by providing both practical and theoretical knowledge. While semester exams are challenging, students who study diligently can pass them successfully.
