D.Y patil college of engineering and technology, kolhapur.
Placements: As there are very less core companies for civil Engineering, there are not many companies involved in on-campus placements in this college, but you can apply for off-campus companies like L&T. You can also apply for IT companies. More than 500 students got placed in Top IT companies like Wipro, cognizant, Mindtree etc.
Infrastructure: The college area has been so maintained and has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and can get you connected within seconds to the network. The labs have all the types of equipment in working condition and provide good practical knowledge. The library is huge and has tonnes of books. The classrooms and well-equipped with lighting and ventilation are very good. The hostel is not yet available for this college.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive and act like friends with you. They are always willing to help you and acknowledge you. Exams can be cracked if you attend college regularly and be in touch with the teachers. The teachers guide you and teach appropriate subjects and make you excel in your exams.
