Placements: Placement was very good. I don't know exact percentile or the exact figure of the students who were placed from our college. The salary was average offered to the students who were placed. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Concentrix and ICICI visited the campus. BPO roles were offered to the students.
Placements: The placement is average and roughly 50% students got placed. The highest package offered is 3.5 LPA, the lowest is 1.8 LPA and the average is 3.0 LPA. Companies like Intex, Lava, HDFC, LIC, Concentrix etc visited the campus. The job roles offered were call centre, sales etc. The internship was not offered in the professional course in my batch.
Being a part of this college has been a wonderful experience for me where I not only gained theoretical knowledge, but also covered practical aspects of life. I participated in various cultural and sports activities. The guidance and support provided by the experienced faculty of this college is irreplaceable. Though the infrastructure may not be very alluring, still this is the best college of the city. At the end of the completion of my degree, I had 3 offer letters in my hand, all because of...
The college and the staff is good but the campus is very small and there is no attached playground in the campus. Classes are also very small and there is no place in the campus to sit free. Even in classes it feels very hot in summer as there are no ACs in the classes and fans are slower than normal ones.
DAV College is one of the best colleges of Amritsar. The education system is good and all the faculty members are well qualified professionals. The college has a full-fledged library to help students study. The only factor in which the college lacks is its infrastructure. The college is best suited for students from business class families who want to join their own businesses after graduation and post-graduation.
Placements: About 80% of the students are working in industries right now, and the rest of them have their own business. Students who have their own business are having a turnover of about crores. Students are working in industries at a minimum salary of Rs. 60,000 per month.
Placements: Placement is okay. 50% of students were placed during placement. Wipro and Infosys were the best companies that came during my time. Top roles were in calling center and first desk job on reception in banks. I f you are good in the communication, you will 100% get placed.
Placements: A good percentage of students got placements in reputed companies. Although the salary packages offered mainly varied upon students' skills. If you are very good at something, then you would definitely get a good salary package. NCC plays a big role in this institute.
Placements: Placements are very eminent and students are placed in the companies like Tata, Mahendra Amazon IBM and Infosys with a starting salary of 4 to 6 lacs per annum according to their skills. The salary will definitely vary and students are very happy with their placements.
Placements: Our college provides placements, but the salary package offered was quite low as it was not up to the level of study. Our college doesn't offer us what we exactly deserve. Many companies visit our college for recruitment, and that was good for building up confidence among students.
Placements: Overall 5,000 students were studying here. The placement rate was 30-40%. Jobs were offered to students according to their study basis. You can find placements from this college only if you study well. Otherwise, you have to go for something else. It is a good college in GNDU.
Placements: The college has incorporated with many large companies but only few students get chance to participate in the recruitment. Last year was the great time for students that almost 25% of students gets placed. The college has a worth of placement cell for new talent.
Placements: College is good and teachers are helpful. I completed my M.A. Hindi last year in this college and I will prefer you this college M.A. in Hindi I got a job in a government school named kanya high school in Amritsar. I can't say about other courses but you will get job from this college if you want to do M.A. Hindi.
Placements: 80% of students got placed. The salary offered is 10000 (lowest) and 30000 (highest). Most of the top companies visited our college. Maximum students with 80% or above are placed in companies with great packages provided by companies. The placements are very good in this college.
Placements: Placements of this college were good. From the last 4-5 years, students were getting placed with not-so-good companies, and the internships facilities were not good. Companies like GMHP and Dell visit our campus to hire students.
