The review you needed.
Placements: The placement is average; you will get placement if you have a CGPA of 7.5 and more, and the average package is 600,000 per annum. And there are many courses, and the companies are also good, and there are more companies. I liked this college very much.
Infrastructure: The infrastructures are really very awesome, like every department has its own building, and the buildings are also very nice and very fancy to look at. The campus is really big and huge by area, and the library is very big, and you will get more than 1 lakh physical books.
Faculty: Faculty members are really good, as all of them are Ph.D. holders, or they are currently completing their Ph.D. course. And the exams are also very medium, and if you listen to classes carefully, you can easily score an 8.5 CGPA. And there are many courses, even BBA arts, diplomas, and also dental.

A short review on dayananda Sagar College of engineering a.
Placements: Around 70% of students in my course were placed in the whole CSE batch. The companies were Zeta, Pegasystems, PhonePe, etc. and mass recruiters like Wipro, Infosys, HCL, etc. The highest placement was 54 LPA in Microsoft and the average of my branch is around 9-10 LPA. MS roles were of SDE and consultant role.
Infrastructure: There are two hostels, NRI and Indian. The Indian hostel is of 4 sharing and the NRI one is of 2 sharing. NRI one is the best and costly as well, around 2 lakh per year and Indian too, 1.85 Lacs. Every facility is provided and food is average everywhere. The class infrastructure is good, Wi-Fi is available but only to club members and staff. The library has all kinds of books and is available after you get your ID card. We have a dental college inside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but as everywhere, you have to approach them for help. The teaching quality is decent. The course is definitely outdated, they teach programming-related stuff in 2nd year onwards, they do take skill development classes and provide certificates. Semester exams are easy to pass if you just do questions bank and class notes. You can easily pass.
Other: I chose this course as I was always interested in computers and this is the trending course here that plays well. Obviously, the syllabus should be made up to date and should implement the use of the latest technologies. The events and fest are decent here, there are several events happening every day and the two main fests of the college are Vibrance and Furore.

Is DSCE Bangalore worth it?
Placements: 90% students were placed from my branch, Information Science. The highest package offered in Information Science must be around 35 lakh, and the lowest package is very low, must be 1-2 lakh. The average package is 9-10 lakh per annum. Top recruiting companies are Cisco, Texas, Microsoft, Amazon, PhonePe
Infrastructure: The library offered is very well maintained with a massive variety of books to study and a good healthy environment, with our classroom furnished with projectors. Hostel fees are very high with very bad quality of food. Medical facilities are also very expensive. Sports and games are nil, with no facilities; only events occur where you can take part.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are very helpful, qualified with a Ph.D. degree, and knowledgeable as well. They are very kind in terms of explaining the concept. The quality of teaching is also good. The course curriculum is not at all relevant. Theory subjects should be removed because they do not help develop skills.
Other: This was the best course for which I can contribute to the IT industry with knowledge of coding and web development. Also, the number of companies is much in the IT industry instead of other branches for placements. I think the understanding of coding languages should be more in the course. Events are much awaited, like the fest in college named Furore and Vibration.

Dayananda Sagar Ek Kathaa.
Placements: Around 85% of students get placed, even with a minimum of 3 LPA according to the statistics, the rest is unknown what is behind the curtains. The highest package for the previous year is 54 LPA from Microsoft and an average of 8 LPA is declared as per the previous year. Some of the top recruiting companies in our college are Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, and JP Morgan while some top companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, and Microsoft. Roles offered by the companies are Junior Software Associate and others.
Infrastructure: In our department, we have got projector classes and a total accommodation of 60 students. Wi-Fi facility is available only inside Labs, but using the internet is allowed under teachers' invigilation only. In hostels, we have got 2 sharing rooms with 1 bed, 1 study table, 1 chair for each, and a large connected almirah for both of us. These rooms have an attached bathroom. Mess facility is available on the ground floor with 4 times food. However, the food is not at all hygienic as we have seen worms in our food many times in 2 months only.
Faculty: Faculty members are not so experienced, but they are qualified. They are only dependent upon bookish knowledge and all, they do not even help students in projects as per market needs. The semester exams are a bit tougher than the internal tests, it is of 100 marks and official papers for advancement in the course. The pass percentage is 40% minimum.
Other: I chose this course because I love gaming and coding, and that is why I chose this course to pursue a career in the same field in which I have a passion. In our college, just like others, it is recommended to advance practical knowledge rather than just bookish knowledge. Projects are also very basic ones, they are not even on that level.

All about DSCE as a fresher.
Placements: In the recently passed batch, about 93% of the students were placed from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering. The highest package was 56 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 to 4 LPA. The average package is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Texas, Microsoft, Qualcomm, etc. The top roles offered in Electronics and Communication Engineering are VLSI Engineering, Embedded System Engineering, etc.
Infrastructure: For our course, we have well-equipped labs with all the required accessories. There is a library which consists of digital and physical books, available for all students on campus. The library is also very huge. Every class has a working projector. There is Wi-Fi available in both the hostel and classes. The hostels also have good rooms, but the cost is not affordable for many people.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good, and the classes are interactive. All the faculty are well-qualified and have good knowledge about the subject. Speaking about the relevance of the course, I think it is irrelevant in the first year because subjects like Chemistry are involved, which may not be useful for the students. But from the second year onwards, the courses are very relevant to the required future industries. The exams are easy if you study a bit every day and remain consistent. The passing marks are 35%.

The worst branch, bad college, a lot of fees, offering only college life and a lot of exposure.
Placements: In our branch, the placement percentage is very less. About 50% of the students get unplaced. They do not get a job from the college, and the branch itself is not that popular. So, in my opinion, the college is somehow okay, but the branch is not at all good. There is no market in India at this point of time for the electronics branch. The highest package was from, obviously, the CSE branch, and it was 54 LPA CTC. And the average of the CSE branch is about 8 LPA, and in our branch, it is about 4-5 LPA. Some companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, and all. All are mass-recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum and faculty members of our branch. They do not know anything and are just worried about the syllabus for exams. The portion is not completed. The portion is not completed, and all those who cry every time. I just hate this college. I will try to change my branch or will try for lateral entry into some other college.
Faculty: They are just normal teachers with basic knowledge and qualifications. They have teaching experience, but still, they don't know how to make things clear to students. Their teaching quality is okay. Instead, I would say nice, but the syllabus is relevant to us or irrelevant to real-life market problems. The semester is somehow manageable. There is no such issue in passing the exam. In internal examinations, the teachers only take out the questions which would be coming in the exams, saying they are some important questions.
Other: I chose this course by mistake. I intended to go to some other college's electrical branch whose placements were somehow decent, and also, DSCE was an option on my choice list. That is where I made the mistake and got allotted this branch at Dayananda Sagar College. Otherwise, the campus life is very nice here. There are a lot of people from every corner of the country and stay in diversity. There is no such caste or religion difference in the college, but sometimes yes, the Kannada people go against the northern people and have a fight out of nowhere. There is a fest in our college every year known as Vibration, and many more events take place. Almost every month, there are 2-3 big events going on, obviously except during semester exams. A lot of extracurricular activities take place inside the college campus. There are many clubs like dancing, singing, instruments, rap, beatbox, coding (that is tech and non-tech), social service clubs, mechanical clubs, and all.
