Undoubtedly, one of the good universities for studies.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have very good experience of their subjects, and some of them have published their books. Almost all teachers have done PhD. The LL.B. course itself is most interesting. The department also organises moot court from time to time. Regular presentation work is given to students, which is compulsory for all students.

Review of PUCHD - Panjab University.

Faculty: Teachers were versed with their subjects. Their teaching was commendable. They were fluent in their respective subjects, and moreover, they organised moots and initiated group discussions. The course curriculum is relevant and helps in making students potential lawyers.

My law journey starts at PU.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-experienced and knowledgeable. Some of them are very professional. All of them are friendly, cooperative, and approachable. Course curriculum is relevant. Exams are of moderate level with MST and assignments at the end of semester.

According to my review, I love to be in Panjab university because I aimed to get admission here.

Faculty: Faculty that we have are great and most experienced professors in our department. They are experienced and helpful, and they not only help in the studies but in other activities. Teachers in our department have 20 years of experience in teaching, and they have their books published, which are very helpful. We can talk to our teachers at any time we want help.

The review of UILS in Panjab University.

Faculty: The faculty members are the mixture of both temporary and permanent, They are good, but a few of them are pathetic. The temporary staff are pursuing LL.M., and they don't teach well. A few faculty members are good, hardworking, and are concerned about the students.

One of the best universities in India and students come from all over India and even abroad.

Faculty: The faculty in law department are very knowledgeable and experience. All of them have at least 15-20 years experience, and for LLB 3 years course there is two option one is a morning session and the second is the evening session. The morning session starts from 9 am to 1 pm and the evening starts from 5 pm to 8:30 pm but from 2017, the timings are changed.

The pros and cons of Punjab University.

Faculty: The faculty members are in both extremes. Some faculty members are highly skilled and knowledgeable, while others struggle with the teaching. It's a gamble every semester which teacher you get. More attention is paid in the class to the 75% attendance rule than the subject itself. Some teachers are way more qualified for the job while others don't deserve to be where they are.

University Institute of Laws (UIL) under Panjab University provides full-time professional courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate fields. The campus infrastructure is very good. The library has a good number of helpful books and its classrooms are well equipped and maintained. The faculty is very competitive with high accomplishment levels. Various guest lectures and other such events are also organized which help the students to gain more knowledge. The department lags in placement ass...

The best university. I love studying in this university. Library-AC Joshi library is the best place as one can easily understand each and everything in books as there is pin drop silence all over the library. Student centre is best place for food. From breakfast to dinner one can easily find his meal in a short time.

Best university of this world and the best department of this university. I think I am the luckiest person who got admission in this heaven like a university. Hostel and mess facility is best. Food is just same as we are eating in our home. The faculty is too good. Well trained and educated staff. Love the crowd.

Panjab University is one of the oldest universities in India. The library of the department is outdated. Old books are kept in the library, few new ones are there but are not allowed to be issued, one can study them only in the library itself. And many important authors are not even available. Most of the faculty only provides bookish knowledge rather than practical knowledge in this degree. The administrative staff of the department is not very much co-operative with the students. Sometimes, ...

I am not satisfied with the hostel rooms.

Faculty: Our teachers were helpful. They helped with the arrangement of books that were not available in the library. Semester exams were average. The pass percentage was 40%.
