DGMC Mumbai follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation or withdrawal of admission. An amount is deducted depending on the time of cancellation. Below are the details of the policy:

| Prior to the commencement of academic term and instruction of the course | INR 500 lump sum |
| Up to 20 days after the commencement of academic term of the course | 20% of the total amount of fee |
| From 21st day up to 50 days after the commencement of academic term of the course | 30% of the total amount of fee |
| From 51st day up to 80 days after the commencement of academic term of the course | 50% of the total amount of fee |
| From September 1 to September 30 | 60% of the total amount of fee |
| After September 30 | 100% of the total amount of fee |
