Faculty members are very supportive in our college.

Placements: About 80% of students were placed in our course. The top recruiting company is ONGC. All students are preparing well for the JAM exam and have admission to IIT. Geology students of this college are in very important positions in different companies, GSI, IIT, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Instruments and specimens are well working. In the hostel, good quality food is provided. There is a big ground for varieties of sports like cricket, football, volleyball, etc.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, supportive, and qualified. They have vast knowledge. This course curriculum is relevant. The semester exam is very strict and no one can cheat. The pass percentage is 95%. The teaching quality is average because all faculty members don't give dame importance to students. NCC faculty members are also good.

Other: The course is easy to understand. The best thing about the course is the easy and small syllabus. Extracurricular activities are good.

I am satisfied with the knowledge, lessons, and memories I get from here.

Placements: As this is an autonomous college, students don't expect any placements here. So due to the non-availability of any campus placements I have rated it 1. Colleges like this do not attract any companies as this institute offers a bachelor's degrees extensively but it does offer a great array of scholarships under government schemes. After completing students' bachelor's one can apply for IIT JAM or any other college that offers M.Sc.

Infrastructure: This college here is one of the oldest institutes of the state of Odisha and has a huge campus. It has a huge playground between the college and the boy's hostel. It provides every basic facility to all the students and could say has satisfactory infrastructure. Every department has its laboratories and classrooms which are cleaned and sanitized every day, due to the pandemic. It has a library where one can get a book of any kind one needs. Hostels here are of the 80s era but yet it has managed to stay perfectly good with minimal damages. There are 2 new hostels added later on, and 6 girls hostels and 2 boy hostels including the newer ones. The hostel mess does provide two times meal of the day lunch and dinner, which serves a healthy and nutritional diet. A room in the older boy's hostel accommodates up to 5 students and doesn't have many for the newer hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members are well experienced and well-to-do along with helpful while helping students to have one of the best experiences during our studies. Being a geology student, I am fully satisfied with the faculty members, and I am dealing with. They always try to help students and clear their doubts. They always encourage students to do the right way and the hard way.

Other: It is for geology and memories. Diversity and varied culture I saw here. It has a good atmosphere for geology and cracking competitive exams relating to geology.

It has very good facilities and a safe environment.

Placements: The geology department is excellent. After completing B.Sc, you can appear IIT JAM DU, BHU, PU and other university PG entrance tests and take admission in M.Sc. ONGC, IOCL, BPCL OIL, OMCL, Hindustan Zinc Limited and Coal India Limited are the top recruiting public sector units. About 60-65% of the students got placed after completing the M.Sc degree.

Infrastructure: There is a central library with plenty of books. Wi-Fi connection is available here. Labs are well-developed with a lot of specimens and modern instruments, and classrooms are also very good. Meal provided in the hostel canteen is much sufficient and delicious also. Cricket, football and basketball are the main outdoor games that are played mostly.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and very cooperative. I am a geology student, and geology is an excellent course. Geology is the study of the earth, and it includes structural geology, mineralogy, stratigraphy, economic geology, petrology, etc. Teachers always encourage students to work hard and get them in the right direction towards their goals.

Other: I have chosen geology as of my interest. There are plenty of scholarships available. Inspire scholarship is also available with Rs. 60,000 per year up to 5 years. Events and fests are celebrated with a lot of fun. I like the campus, and it is enjoyable.

The college has good infrastructure, and the placements in 2017 were good.

Placements: I am from B.Sc. geology. Moreover, 75% of students are placed in this course. Most of the students are going for higher degrees like M.Sc. or M.Tech in IITs, NITs and other central or state universities. Most of the students got internships in PRL, Ahmedabad, NIO Goa, NGRI and other research institutes.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are good. There are three separate classrooms for all three batches and a separate hall for group class and other cultural activities. The library is good. The overall infrastructure is good. The hostel is good, and the cooks are very good. There are sports facilities for all the hostel students.

Faculty: All the teachers are doing well. They all have good knowledge of geology and core geology too. They all have completed their M.Phil and PhDs from state universities. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and higher studies. The teaching quality is good.

Other: I am from the batch 2014-17. This course provides opportunities of field jobs.

Placements: Students securing 80% above score in +2 get chance here. The highest package 90000 per month the lowest I'm not sure bit average 50000 per month ONGC, GSI AND COAL INDIA ARE THE MAIN COMPANIES Above 60% students get internship easily Main roal offers by our course is its job security.

Infrastructure: Great labs and library one of the best Geology college in India classrooms are great I'm a hosteler and its the best hostel I have ever lived There is also play ground u cab easily time pass your time their Great atmosphere and you can fill what us practily geology is.

Faculty: Great facilities and their experience are unbelievable and major thing is the guest faculty members from all over India come here to provide lectures This is basic course to make a student job fit This is a subject in which one can learn various thing like math physics and as well as English.

Other: I chose this course for its job security and its high demand in today's market. I think a auditorium would be better for college like this.
