This college is totally my second home.
Placements: The students who managed to crack NEET can enter the college with the certified cut-off marks. The minimum package starts from 60k. The recruiting companies are mainly government and non-government medical hospitals. Those students who pass university exams can get an internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-settled as we have free Wi-Fi, well-managed classrooms, and labs for every subject like biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, etc. The hostel facilities are also good as we have a clean, maintained canteen, and a playground.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified. Most of them are MD and Ph.D. holders. Their teaching is on another level. The course curriculum is relevant as we will enter the medical field. The exams are pretty hard, requiring students to study hard due to the huge syllabus. The passing percentage is 50.

One of the best infrastructures in West Bengal Medical Colleges. All the faculties are very good.
Placements: There is no placement as such in our college as it is a medical college. But there are around 85 Housing Staff seats for our college students after passing MBBS that means while preparing for your PG you can simultaneously work as an HouseStaff in our college in various departments and get a stipend too.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good including the classroom, labs, hostel and everything. Food quality in the mess is also okay. All Hospital facilities are available for students at either a free or very minimal cost. The sports ground is under development. There are many clubs and each is growing day by day.
Faculty: As in the first year, all the faculty members are very good, especially the Anatomy dept is the best. Every dept follows competency while teaching. The semester's question level is almost as same as that of proof. The pass percentage is almost 80-85% due to tough checking but it helps with preparation.
Other: Last year we organised our first fest "DIAMANTE" and had many artists like Luvnajita, Fakira Band, TRAP band and most special of all Snigdhajit. It included many competitions and games. Connectivity is very good as there are hourly local trains from Sealdah Station.

Little bit satisfied with our attendance; other than that, all good.
Placements: Till now, no batches passed out from our college. Actually, our college started in 2019 with the MBBS course and in 2021 with the B.Sc. Nursing course. So, one batch of MBBS got an internship of Rs 32k, but no companies or hospitals have recruited us from the B.Sc. Nursing course yet.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure and campus are awesome with a marvelous view. Our lecture theatres are well organized and large in size, where we attend our external classes. Demo rooms are also good. The library is only available for MBBS students and not for us, and the same goes for hostel facilities.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable and teach well. They are too helpful except for a few of them. The curriculum is relevant, and semesters are moderately hard. We need to get 70% and above to be eligible for a scholarship or passing in the exam.
Other: I wanted to know about human anatomy and wanted to be in touch with the hospital environment. The best thing about this course is that you get to know about emergency medicine and the initial treatment that can be given if anyone is ill and needs immediate treatment. Events like Saraswati Pujo, sports, picnics, Rabindra Jayanti, Independence Day, etc., are celebrated. Fests are arranged for MBBS students.

Review of Diamond Harbour Government Medical College.
Placements: Above 60 percent of students got their in-house staff ship with payment. And all students got internship opportunities with a good amount of stipend. In this period of internship, all students are rotated in different departments of the college and gather knowledge.
Infrastructure: Since our college is newly built, most of the college is neat and clean. All electronics are super functional and multipurpose. All security facilities are also available with lots of CCTV cameras. Safety measures like a fire-fighting kit are also available.
Faculty: In our college, all facilities are awesome. They all encourage us to ask as many questions as possible. They treat us as other colleagues, not students. They are very helpful and never demotivate us. All teachers are super punctual as well. All are very qualified.
