DBIT is an average college.

Placements: The placements are good. A lot of people will get placed, but average salary will be 3 LPA-4 LPA. Most of the companies will be a startup, and some will be reputed companies in IT, mechanical and civil sector. Many of my seniors got placed and already got a call letter too. So overall it is a good college with average placements.

The best review you can get from Don Bosco Institute of Technology.

Placements: The mechanical placement was good until 2014. After that, there was a very negligible amount of students were placed in the core mechanical industries. At present, the scope for mechanical engineers has become less. Hence, one cannot expect placement in core industries like before.

What is the good and better college for Bangalore yarns and north-east who came for a best education

Placements: The placement is available only for CS, IT, and EC students can get paced on the campus. There is no OEM are still not yet visited only a consultant company visited the college. The college is completely trying there best to place the students behind their limits, but the only thing the students need the best communication.

Mixture of enjoyment and satisfaction.

Placements: The placements are improving day by day compared to other colleges. Placement department supports us by inviting different companies to campus. Placement opportunities are not only for students who have 60% aggregate but also for students with less than 60%. The average salary offered depends on the students getting placed. Compared to senior batch, placements for our batch are good. Only selected students will get placed according to the company requirements.

The college is good to join to have the technical education.

Placements: The good number of placements are available in the college as it is less ranked in the academic performance of the students. The seniors got the package of 12 lakh per annum on showing the peculiar technical skills in their respective branch. You can judge this college as it has a good placement by seeing the companies which arrived the college are heard from many people. Even they support for our placements by handling the placement training.

A review on Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

Placements: The rating for the campus placement in Don Bosco Institute is average. Here, not many companies are coming for hiring. The minimum requirement of percentage to attend the interview is 60% and above. Most of the companies are non-core companies and also ask money after hired a candidate for extra coaching. The minimum salary is 20000 to 100000, but company hires only 1 or 2 people out of 600 students. The placement cell is not good at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

Overall, satisfied with the college with good placement opportunity for eligible students.

Placements: There is a placement cell in the college which takes care of all the placement activities for college. The placement starts as soon as students enter in the final year. They even give the soft skill and aptitude training for placement assistance to every student which I think is not there in other colleges. Almost 30-40 companies visited for on-campus placement, most of them were pool campus, and 5-10 were exclusive for college students. The salary package ranges from 1.5 LPA to 8.5 LPA and an a...

Overall, it is good and well-maintained with good faculty and placement, but the university is bad.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, and the students with good marks, talent and knowledge are almost placed when it comes to the computer science and the information science, these both branches are often getting placements. As I belong to the computer science branch, I don't know much about other branches. When it comes to the companies like the HP, IBM, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. they are offering more than Rs. 2 lakhs per annum package initially, for the students who are getting placed.

A decent, strict and good engineering college.

Placements: Many of the companies come to our campus. Getting selected purely depends on your skills. Our senior batches had approximately 80% placements. The college management makes lots of efforts for placements. Companies like Capgemini, eBay India, etc. have visited our campus. Training is provided for placements. The placement cell is there in our college which takes care of well functioning of placements.

Overall, we can have an above average package, balanced by few advantages and disadvantages.

Placements: I have seen many of my seniors attend the placement programs. They are getting good jobs with decent packages. The overall placement acquired by students that are placed on notice board give us the better hope. In placements, our college is doing quite well.

The best college for rural students.

Placements: For the students who got CGPA above 6.0 offer placements for the students. On another hand, if the student is too excellent in sports, projects and other extracurricular activities. They even also might have a chance to get placement opportunity.

The college has above average ratings.

Placements: The placements are not at all good. They provided only 3 major companies with a placement opportunity and rest of the companies they brought are BPO kind of companies. We got 3 major companies like L&T, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini in these also selected students are working under tech support profiles only.

I am satisfied from the education department side, but not with the management/administrative side.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. The previous 2016, it was 70%, this year it went down to 51%. This year, the lowest package offered was 1.7 LPA, and the highest was 3 LPA. The companies which visit our college Just pay, Indian Navy, Capgemini, Alpha9, Westland, and some consultancy companies, etc. According to the notice board, 50 small companies visit our college. I got to know this from my seniors, and they told me that the company put the freshers to analysis department then they slowl...

Review about Don Bosco institute of technology, Bangalore.

Placements: The placements are offered good during past 3-4 years. Around 200+ students got placed in different companies. Tech Mahindra, Capgemini and Bosch were some of the top recruiters. Regular placement training has been conducted and also alumni meet would be done for every semester.

I'm satisfied with the college and has the good placements.

Placements: NYC placements were taken place, where students can join a good company for their future work. The companies which are coming for placements have a very good place in India. About 65 to 70 percent student got the internship from the college. The companies are like just DIAL, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, etc., visit the campus.

Placements: Our college has best placements. So far, over 20+ corporate companies are coming every year to our college. Placements: The placements are above average. The placement level in this college is around 46% in the year 2016-17. The highest package was of 4.5 lacs offered by LnT. The average salary is from Rs. 15000 to 18000. About 65% of the higher semester students are referred for internships. Good infrastructure with average placement.

Placements: The placement of my college is not up to mark. Very few companies visit our college campus for recruitment. Hardly 30-40% of the students get placed from college that too at a lower package. This year till now only 2-3 companies came and recruited 5-6 students. Most of the recruiters are from merchant Navy which I guess is useless for a technical background student. For our seniors till now two IT companies came those are Capgemini and Just pay. Capgemini offered 5-6 student a package of 2.8 lak...

Placements: The placements are good, and many companies visit the campus to recruit the students. The college provides excellent placement training. The training for placements provided by the placement cell is costly. Need to improve the placement department. No core companies visit the campus for placements.
