Excellent college for catholic students!

Placements: All the eligible students who passed without any KT got placed last year. That will be around 60% just in the computer department. The highest package last year was 30 lacs for an IT department guy. Mostly TCS and AWS come to recruit at our college. Our internship trainer is very good; that's why almost all of us get an internship, starting in Sem 4.

Do bosco institute of technology.

Placements: Amazon, lnt, Infosys, tcs, are the top recruiting companies. College is putting good efforts to bring companies. However, not so famous tag would make it difficult to attract good paying companies to the campus. For mechanical stream, situation is tough overall. But at my time, they have got us placed with good number of companies.

Review of Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Placements: Already big companies like Infosys, Jio, topper, Airtel, and other companies like Tata, Mahindra, etc., are partners of DBIT college which is nice. Placement is based on the CGPA of the students, so if you get a good CGPA then placement will be nice.

My overall experience in Don Bosco Institute Of Technology is quite good.

Placements: The placements offered in the institute are quite good. The average package offered is 5-7 LPA, and the highest package offered can be 12 LPA. Mostly, the roles offered are software developer and non-tech roles (sales). Around 75% of students got placed. Even this changes depending upon the capability of students.

It is a good college which gives you lots of experience.

Placements: In DBIT, in the third year, our college trains students who plan to sit for placements. They conduct aptitude tests, and whoever is a little weak or needs help, they conduct extra classes every weekend and also train for interviews and group discussions. The head of the training placement cell, i.e., TPO, is very approachable. The placement rate is approximately 70-75%. An alumnus from the mechanical branch is also part of the Indian Air Force. Top companies that visit DBIT are L&T Heavy Enginee...

The college conducts excellent extracurricular activities, and students can have a good campus life.

Placements: Placements for my batch were better than the previous batch. About 40-50 companies visited our campus. The average salary package offered would be 3-5 LPA while the highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. Companies like TCS, LTI, Media.Net and Deloitte were among the few companies that offered placements. Roles offered were of a software developer, software engineer, associate analyst, business analyst, etc. The college has a placement cell that manages all the placement activities, and there...

You should definitely take admission in college, otherwise you'll regret that's for sure.

Placements: Placements were good. Most of the people got job in IT companies lnt, nse, tech mahindra, endurance etc. Decent packages around 3-4 LPA. Hardly 2-3 core companies will be there for extc. Overall an average student can get good placements from college. TPO is very helpful and have good equations with other companies which is helpful in getting a job even after a year of your graduation. Always supporting and ready to help.

My life at Don Bosco Institute of Technology.

Placements: The placements were good for our batch. As I did BE in EXTC, I never expected that I would get placed on the campus placements, but due to the right guidance of our TPO, almost every student got placed. Being a part of placement committee, I came to know what efforts were taken by the college to get students placed.

The roles offered to students were assistant trainee. 30% of the students got placed in TCS. There were media companies like Network 18 that also came to the campus.

The faculty is good than any other college in Mumbai. The placements and infrastructure are good.

Placements: Many IT companies and a few core companies recruit the student in 2017. Above 30 IT companies visited our college, and 6 to 7 core companies visited our college. Around, 89% of the students got placed. The companies offer the package like the minimum is 3.5 LPA, and the maximum 9 is 11 LPA. Some mass recruiter companies also came and recruited the students in a huge number.

Satisfied with the faculty and training and also with the infrastructure.

Placements: The job fair was initiated by the end of our last year. But, the selection percentage was too less. From our friend circle, from around 20-30 students, hardly 2-3 were selected. The salary package offered was not bad, i.e., was 18k per month. The companies also were good which came for the campus interviews. The placements were not at all useful for most of the students.
