DBS is a good college as compared to other business schools in Dehradun.

Placements: Placements here are very good for marketing students, but students of other branches have to search job on their own. However, this year, some companies of finance and other field visited the campus and selected the student for internships and jobs. This year, the college has incorporated a number of activities which has a design to promote industry interaction.

All the students do end up with a job by the end of the second year of their course. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 10-12 LPA.
