It is the best college for biotechnology.

Placements: Placements at the college are the best as they have set up a placement cell committee. It also includes some of the senior students who guide students from time to time. Each department head also guides you about the future aspects of the subject.

Best private college in the field of biotechnology, best infrastructure, smooth curriculum students.

Placements: Right now I am in 2nd year. If we talk about the placement of this college then this college offers the best placement as compared to the other biotech colleges the last placement was good as compared to the previous years. Around 70-80% (approximately. ). Of students got placed this year but maximum students went for the higher studies. The average package was 3.4lacks per annum. The pharma, medical and biotech companies visited for the campus placement. The roles offered by the companies are f...

Medical engineering is set to revolutionise the future.

Placements: Good placement opportunities are provided in various industries and institutes. The college has collaboration with various national and international companies. A placement cell is set up for making decisions related to placements. Companies like Rise and Shine, CCMB, IASST, etc., provide internships which add on to this institute.

Satisfied with college and crowd. Dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: Companies do come here, but you will not get best opportunity. If you want to go to foreign countries and study then this is the right place to take admission. Companies like sciformix and biotechnika comes here and the package is around 2 to 2.5 lac per annum. Placement cell is not doing a great job and I am very disappointed with the placement.

Satisfied by the quality of teaching, infrastructure, sports, good placements and packages.

Placements: Initially the amount of companies coming to the college was less, but since the time our new director has come more companies are approaching us. Also some good seminars are being held in our college so that students can get a deep insight on how the biotechnological area works. Last year some students got placed in good companies like Serum, Scifomix with good starting package. I think as the time goes on more companies will come resulting in better job prospects.

It is a nice place to learn and live.

Placements: There was a very limited placement for our batch. There were no placements in the core domain. Students went for off-campus jobs or pursued masters. The package offered starts from 2 LPA to 3.6 LPA. Mostly they were analyst jobs. Probably now the placement cell has established well.

This college is a really good college because of its faculty, infrastructure and laboratories.

Placements: As our college is a deemed university, we do not get that many companies to our college who offer our students placements, but just this year, a biotechnology company, Unix, took one of our seniors. I am not sure about the exact details of his salary, but on an average, it would be around 4-5 lakhs PA. All of my seniors have got nice projects, internships and colleges for their postgraduate and PhD degrees, on our director's recommendation. Most of the jobs offered to our students mostly focus ...

The college now has better infrastructure @ Tathawade, Pune. A few companies come for placements as well but one has to be lucky enough to get through. Although, most of my batch mates are well settled including me. Faculty bunch is fair enough, few of them actually exceed expectations. Pune as a city is an education hub of India, as an alumni, I would recommend someone not to keep it as the first option as there are many more better colleges in India for the same course, but since the DPU has f...

It's one of the best colleges in Pune.

Placements: The lowest salary package offered is 8.9 LPA, and the highest is 55 LPA. Every student with more than 60% gets an internship. Every year, students get summer internships in their fourth semester so that they get to know how the industry works.
