Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch. (Intake 120) :

NO candidate shall be admitted to Architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with ether Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category).

OR Candidate Passing 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category).

Valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture or JEE paper II.

DY Patil College of Architecture Akurdi offers courses at UG and PG courses in the Architecture field in affiliation with UniPune.  Additionally, the college also offers DArch programme at the diploma level. The programmes are approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. The selection for both UG and PG courses is based on entrance-exam scores.

DY Patil College of Architecture Akurdi does not offer direct admissions to UG and PG courses. Candidates need to qualify JEE Paper-II, NATA or MHT CET for admission to BArch. The college considers MAH M.Arch CET scores for admission to M.Arch programme. Selected candidates are further offered seat through Centralised Admission Process or CAP. The number of CAP rounds depends on the availability of seats.
