This college is very average.

Placements: The college did not reveal the packages for a particular year. But 3.5 LPA is the average package that most of the students get. The campus is good, but they don't have any playgrounds. The college hostel is on the expensive side. Faculty are also not provided with any of the materials for students.

This college is all about studies.

Placements: 60-70% placement till 2023, but the placement rate decreased in 2024. Recruiting companies are Adobe, Syska, and many more. The highest package was about 70 LPA, and the average package was 6-7 LPA. Many students go for off-campus placement and get jobs at Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft.

Review of Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Of Technology.

Placements: Almost 70% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.8 LPA. Infosys is the top recruiting company, and they are promising that Amazon and other big companies will also visit our campus for recruitment.

Our college has good infrastructure and I am dissatisfied because of placements.

Placements: Probably 30 to 40% of students from the mechanical department got placements through campus drive. The highest salary package offered for our course is 8 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Tata visit our campus for placements. Top roles like system engineer and design engineer are offered.

Bad College and bad curriculum.

Placements: No company came to our college. So students were not placed. No salary or package offered. In my batch no internship. No top role offered in my course.

The college has a really good infrastructure, but I am absolutely dissatisfied with faculty members.

Placements: Almost two to three students get placed from each batch. The highest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. Almost 2 to 3 companies like Byju's, Amazon, General Motors, visited the campus for placements. For the civil department, they offer the role of a site engineer.

I am satisfied with the college faculty, placements and infrastructure of the college.

Placements: There were many IT companies and few core ones for mechanical engineering students. Reputed IT companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, Zensar, zycus, sanmar, etc. IT industries were there and core like Fauresia and Lear had been there for recruitment. So I think the placement for the candidates who fulfill the criteria and have the skills will get placed. Package for core starts from 2.4 LPA to 3.5 LPA. And the package of IT starts from 3 to 5.6 LPA.

A good and rising college but yet, not so impressive.

Placements: As the college is not very old, the placement is also not very good. Each year, we can see posters of at least 10 students being placed. The average package is also very low. For computer engineering, the highest package has been 4.65 LPA. Out of 60 students in each batch of computer engineering, only 10 to 15 get placed each year but with good consistency. Small local companies and TCS visit here. Mainly, all the students were recruited as coders or testers, and not in high designations.

Not satisfied with faculty as well as placement, good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement offered are worst. In my batch no one got placed, that's why there is no point of talking about the highest and the lowest salaries. Most of the companies who visited the campus for BPO profile, only one company visited for developer position is Raja software lab, but no one got placed. No one got internship from college.

The faculty members are average and the placements, infrastructure and studies are good.

Placements: The placements offered by the college are good, especially for the computer science and electronics. If you have other branches, then you have to do a lot of hard work to get through the average placements package which is offered Rs. 4-5 lakhs per annum. At starting this type of package is good because you will not get more than this at starting.

Moderate facilities, moderate faculty, excellent infrastructure, poor placements.

Placements: Our college was very new and so the placement record till our batch was quite poor. Rarely any company visited our college. Even if any company does, all it takes is for production processes on low wages which anyone won't want to work with. In our batch, only 2 students got placed in Tata Yazaki.

Good infrastructure but faculty should be improved.

Placements: The college has an average placement. 25 students of mechanical got placed. The maximum salary offered was Rs. 350000 pa. Most of the students were placed in core industries. Our college offers open campus placements where the students from other colleges are also given opportunities.

Little hard to digest, but something is better than nothing.

Placements: Our college claims that over hundred companies visit us every year. It's very hard to get into any companies though. As far as my branch is concerned there is always an opportunity. The highest package was for around 5-6 LPA. There is a placement and training centre at our college, where you get training in your communication and grammar.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty. Good placements in 2016, really good infrastructure.

Placements: They only call consultancies. No genuine companies. You have to look for the job on your own. 99.99% students get never placed through the college. Worst college in terms of placement. Never expect your job through the college. Not only computer branch, all branches have the same story. Civil branch placement is worst. Only BPO kind of companies come to this college. Only 2 percent of students got an internship from the college. 5k was the highest stipend for the internship. The lowest and avera...

There are two buildings allowed for engineering departments: one new and one old. The new building is considered good, it has two or three air-conditioned lecture halls. The classrooms are big enough to fit 80 students, are big and have good ventilation. The campus is really small as compared to the other college campuses. In the labs, all the equipment and machines required is available. Although sometimes the labs are shared between two departments if the machines required are same. The colleg...

This college is not a very good one but as civil engineering colleges are less in Maharashtra, so it is a good option. The infrastructure is good, containing a huge cricket ground. The only fun of studying in this college is the good hostel facility. But the negative points of college are overcome by the great value of PUNE UNVERSITY.

Teachers are qualified just on papers except a few.

Placements: Civil trade placements are nothing at DYPIET. 1 or 2 civil trade companies visited with a package of 1 LPA. No senior was placed before my batch. No one got job from my 2018 batch, and no internship support was provided by the college. Placement cell is there just for CS and E&TC students.

Mostly dissatisfied, no placements till 2016 but good infrastructure and climate.

Placements: No placement offered to the students . The most disappoinnting part . Though being a brand name no placement was offered.Inspite of getting a professional degree they are unable to give a start for the students . Because the start is must and every college should provide it . If the roi only is not good there than what will be the use of doing such professional course
