Review of Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Good placements are available to the students in the campus placements. Around 60% of the senior students got placed. 2.5 LPA to 3.6 LPA are the salary packages offered by companies. The college supports students and helps them in doing internships outside. The college conducts various visits to companies and workshops.

Our college has good infrastructure and environment, but it is not good at placements.

Placements: The placements in our college are relatively lower than other institutions. Our college offers not many good placements for students, but there is some space for improvement. I will rate 2 out of 5 for placements in DYPSOET, Lohegaon.

The college has good infrastructure and great faculty, and there are opportunities for students.

Placements: The placements were arranged in a good manner, and pool campus was also there. Students of MMIT also came in the pool campus. Almost 35% to 45% of the students got selected on the campus placements. From 2017, the companies started visited the campus for placements, and now, the amount of companies visiting the campus has been increased. The average salary package was around 3 LPA to 5 LPA. The companies that visited the campus for placements were TCS, Amazon, Ubisoft, Persistent, Bitwise, Cogni...

The college infrastructure is very good, and facilities are also provided.

Placements: The placements are provided in the last semester for final year students, but only IT companies come for placements, that's why there is no chance for the students of other branches to get placed in these companies. They select the students of all branches, but everyone wants to work in their core company.

College is moderate because it has moderate placement and moderate facilities except mechanical.

Placements: Placement for CS is moderate, because pool campus drive is taken, not an even single off drive is held But actually placement in various companies Which is dependent on only self knowledge. Placement training officer is very arrogant in nature and it is does not motivation you.

This college will be one of best colleges in the upcoming years.

Placements: Placements in the college are averagely good. The placement coordinators are very good, but when the companies come to recruit, half of the students are not eligible to fulfil the company criteria. Good students can easily get placements in reputed companies if they try their best. Otherwise college placements are averagely good.

Very satisfied because of my college, faculty and placements.

Placements: Few companies come and offer jobs for us. Many of the students gave interviews, few students qualified in the 1st round and went forward. They offer us such nice opportunities for our future. It's very glad to say that our college is working very hard and smart for the students.

Good academics and placements.

Placements: The alumni pillar is strong in this college. The training and placement department puts a lot of efforts to hone the interview skills of the students. The record for placements in computer engineering is good, and most of the students get recruited in campus interviews. Campus placement drive is held every year; both open and closed campus drives take place in this college.

Dr. D Y Patil School of Engineering and Technology Review.

Placements: 20-25% placements were there in 2016. Recruiters are not so good. Some recruiters are BPO companies. Persistent is the best company in 2016 recruiters. Max offered package is 3 LPA. Some pool campus, mega campus recruitment is occurred in college campus but it was open for all Colleges.

It could be a great place where you end up studying.

Placements: Placement is good in CS department, you will get good chance to prove yourself. But in the end, it will all depend on how skilled you are. The college won't be much of a help you don't show your own interest and try to take part in things that are really important.

It's a decent college with cheaper fees and good qualities.

Placements: Everyone knows that DYPSOET is a brand. Studying in DYPSOET is quite a great feeling. About the placements, if you have a good pointer maintainer, then definitely you get the campus placement with The package of 2.8 - 4 CTC on an average. Around more than 200 students got placed every year. It also organises open pool campuses. So, it's an average placement type college. The companies differ for the different branches. The companies like Amazon, TCS, TCL, John Deere, Ford, and others visited the...

Please choose your college carefully and think about your future.

Placements: 2% of the students are placed in the core mechanical department, and others are placed in IT and back office job. After the graduating from this, the college students are now working in MIDC on a package of Rs. 10,000 per month only. No core company visited the college. The companies just come for formality and never place any student.

It's a place where you will have fun. If you just want to study, find another place.

Placements: The placement cell here works hard to get the students placed. We had companies like Persistent, Prototech, Opulent and such for the campus drive. The former batch of the college did not have many placement opportunities, and around 20% of the students got placed here. The roles offered here were mostly related to their respective fields of engineering. But, we were also given opportunities for the BPO, management and the operation roles jobs. The average salary here is 3.2 LPA. Also, the course...

There was good placement in my batch, but not for all students.

Placements: My batchmates are placed in Revigo, Amazon, Capgemini, but there are no more placements like other colleges, but it's okay. The college has its own training and placement officer, and she is very informative and good. No big companies and core placement are available for mechanical.

Review for Dr D Y Patil School of Engineering and Technology, Lohegaon, Pune.

Placements: They are no placements for the automobile department. Those companies which conducted the interview were of the IT only. There was also not a single MNC for mechanical or the automobile. Its not perfect for some students and in the name of the companies few were here, but hardly 19 got placed with them.

There are very good facilities and the teaching staff here was also good.

Placements: There is a placement, but it only depends on the students and their marks of the four years of engineering and also of their 10th and 12th marks. So, if you are having more than 60 marks, then you will be definitely select the companies for the interview purpose. And it also depends on your attitude, your communication and your knowledge.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the teaching staff because they do not encourage the placements.

Placements: There are no placements in top-level companies. The packages offered by the companies are very poor. And, only 3 to 4 students will get selected. There are no eligibility criteria to satisfy the company. The placement is normally in the BPO or other non-technical departments.

It's a good enough college.

Placements: The placement of our senior batch was good, and almost 80% got placed. The package offered was decent, and the faculty help a lot during the placement and other activities. Many renowned companies came during placement like Tata Consultancy, Fiat, Pinnacle, and many more.

Absolutely disliked my college. I highly recommend not to take admission in my college.

Placements: Placement of my college is not at all good. Not bigger companies are coming to recruit us. It is a new college. It will take time, but surely the college will rise in the coming 5 to 10 years. Mostly, call centre type of offers are offered to the students. The package offered was around 3 LPA to 6 LPA.

Very good teaching staff and faculty.

Placements: One of my friend from automobile branch was the university topper, he was not placed in the higher company but don't know what happened. The campus is entirely friendly. And having lots of college space on our campus, which is around 200 acres. The college staff is very much good, and the quality maintained very well.
