Placements: Students mostly go for off-campus placements. Campus placements are not that bad. Many companies, like Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, Wipro, Facebook, Intel, etc., offer very good placement options after the course. Not all students got campus placements in our batch. Around 60% of students got good internships at different companies.

Placements: Almost 20 to 30% of the students got placements from this college. The average salary package offered in the mechanical branch is 1.7 LPA to 2 LPA. No such top recruiting companies visit this college. Very few students wish to do internships due to small companies. Usually, supervisor posts are offered.

Placements: I am currently pursuing the course so I don't know much about placements. But our seniors said that our college provides placement 100%. High salary packages are offered to top students, and average salary packages are offered to average students.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month and the average salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. I am not sure about the top recruiters for our course because I am in 3rd year now. Placements: About 70% of students got placed in the year I passed out. The highest salary offered was 3.5 LPA. HCL, Hexaware and Amazon are the top recruiters of our college. The top roles offered in CSE ware a developer, tester and supporter. The highest salary offered in our course was 10 LPA. I don't know what percentage of students got internships.

Placements: Placements in our college are really very good. Electrical and electronics branches got the best placements. ME and CS branches also get good campus placements. Students will not get disappointed. At least 100 companies visit the campus every year for placements. The placement cell authority helps the students.

Placements: I am still studying in the junior years, so there are no placements for us now. But my senior batch had great placements. Over 60% of students from my senior batch got placed in companies like Simplex, Infosys, Tata Steel, etc. The salary packages offered by the companies were average.

Placements: In the year 2016, our college was unable to provide the job for students. In case of placements, our college is not good for the students of every stream. So, my suggestion for the new aspirant is to ignore our college, because, in today's era, we have many options for the students to admit a good college.

Placements: Wipro, Himadri Chemicals, L&T are the companies that visit. The management is encouraging students to take part in off-campus drives. They are making us aware of the ongoing campusing around us. They are also arranging various assessment tests for the recruitment of the students. If students are interested, they can ask for the referral for internships.

Placements: We have got some campus interviews at that time, but most of us got placed by ourselves from the off-campus drive. The average salary range is from 2.4 LPA to 4 LPA. We had one placement cell also. They always try to place students as per their capabilities.

DIT is one of the premiere institutes in the technical education sector. One of the Biggest Campus you would find in a WBUT affiliated Institute. Seriously huge Campus. Pros: Campus is huge, Not like IIT or BHU, but Way bigger than most Colleges in Kolkata. DIT is situated a little farther from Thakurpukur. That being said, it still is in reach as you will get plenty of autos, cabs, and buses on that route. DIT has the luxury of having one of the biggest campuses in Kolkata. It is bigger than a majority of the colleges you will find in the city. DIT's canteen is well maintained. Placements: Placements in our college are average. Overall, all the colleges are facing the same problem, but when you complete the 3rd year, the college manages to provide you with industrial training, so that students get an idea about the work. Some companies visit our college to offer jobs, but they are not suitable.

Placements: The college provides good placements in other batches. Salary package offered is not soo high like other colleges. The college provides the best education. It is worth the money paid.
