Placements are available in other branches, and campus life is not good here.

Placements: In civil engineering, there were no placements in the previous year. However, companies like L&T, etc., had visited our college for placements in 2015. But most of the students want to opt for government jobs and IAS, while others prepared for competitive exams, so many of them refused to attend the interview. Many students opted for the internship in IIRS Outreach Programme.

The college is average and not up to the mark. Some teachers in some branches are very good.

Placements: In our branch, placements are not up to the mark. Only 2 to 3 companies visited here to recruit civil engineers. Most of the companies are from Jaipur. The average salary package offered for a fresher civil engineer is around 3 LPA. In our previous batch passed out in 2018, 3 students got placed with a salary package of 3-3.4 LPA.

The college administration is working hard for the betterment of students.

Placements: The training and placement cell in Government Engineering College, Ajmer is quite active, and it focuses majorly on placements of all final year students. Many top companies visit our college for placements, so overall working of the placement cell is good. Rest everything is also good for students.

Review of Government Engineering College, Ajmer.

Placements: Around 65 to 70% of the students are placed every year from the CS branch, and companies which used to visit here are all service-based companies. This college is average if you want only to do engineering.

Core branches of our college have good infrastructure.

Placements: None of the students from our branch got placed. All the seniors have to try for government jobs only. The top recruiter for our course is TCS. Roles offered in our course varies from a clerk to IAS officers. The highest salary package offered in our course was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered can be 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Unsatisfied with engineering college.

Placements: I am B.Tech student and my branch is electronics and communication engineering. There is a very low percentage of students were placed in our course. The highest, the lowest and average salary offered was nearly same as approximately 3 to 5 Lacs per annum which is varies with knowledge of student. There is some company which recruiting our college students like Wipro, Bosch, l&t, acg and many IT SECTOR companies. The percent of students GOT internship from our college is also low percentage.

One of the better options you can get in Rajasthan.

Placements: The placement scenario was the same for our seniors and us as well. Mostly, IT companies visited the campus and offered the packages between 2.8 to 4.8 LPA. TCS, Honda and Wipro were the recruiters. The roles offered were mostly a software developer, and a few students were offered sales roles. Internships are to be arranged by students on their own. The college plays no role in that.

Learning is good but the environment can be improved.

Placements: We did not have any companies for EIC branch specifically and this was same for our senior batches also. However, we had mass recruiters like TCS and Wipro who hired from all the branches for software engineer post. For summer internships, we had to reach out to our branch related companies by us. Only around 30% of total batch was placed in the final placements, which is quite bad for a college that was ranked 3 on Rajasthan level.

The college is average, but the students are very capable, and you can learn a lot from them.

Placements: Placements for IT and CS branches were good compared to other branches. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Honda and Daffodil visited the campus to recruit the students. The packages offered varied from 2.8 LPA to 4.8 LPA. The total number of students placed was around 60. Students have to put the effort to get summer internships as the college doesn't help for it, and doing an internship is mandatory.

The college was decent. One can become a better person if the administration is serious.

Placements: Placements for our senior batch were better as compared to our batch as the number of companies participated in the placement drives conducted for them was more. The minimum salary package offered was 2.60 LPA, and the highest was 4.80 LPA. Companies like TCS, Daffodil, and Honda, etc., visited our campus.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. Around 40-50% of the students got placed in various companies. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. There is a placement cell, and it is quite useful. Most of the IT companies like TCS, Wipro and Indian Navy visit the campus every year. There was no extra support from the college for placements.

Placements: Campus placements are not so good according to packages in our college only 2-3 % students are placed in various companies. The highest salary offered-6lpa average salary offered- 3.50-4 LPA the lowest salary offered-1.8lpa not all the companies visited the campus only 5-7 comapny visited our campus for placement drive. The college is developing for the bright future of students.

Placements: Placements in this college are increasing every year, especially in our branch IT and our correlated branch CS. I'm a student of IT branch, and I'm sure that about 50%-70% of the students in our branch get placed. All the details about placements are available on the official website of college, and you can get to know about the companies that visit the campus. Some companies that visit the campus are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Sopra Steria, etc.
