Overall, this college is good.

Placements: There are no placements provided in this college, especially for civil engineering. But if you are smart and hard working, then you can definitely get placed. Around 50% to 60% of the students get placed from this college. The highest salary package offered in this college was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA to 3.50 LPA. Many companies like Tata, Mahindra, Godrej, etc., are visiting the college for placements.

This is a government college, and it has no facilities.

Placements: The placements at our college are not good. Only 10% of our seniors in 2014-2018 batch got placed in the campus placements. Most of the seniors are either willing to do higher studies like M.Tech or are preparing for exams like GATE. Some of them also appeared for off-campus placements.

My point of view on GEC, Ajmer.

Placements: The placements of our college are average. There are many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro that come every year on our campus. The average package of our college is 3 lacs per annum. 100% of the students got an internship from our college. There is a placement cell. It is useful for students for placement.

There are good faculty and very few placements in 2017. Poor infrastructure is there in the college.

Placements: I am from 2017 batch of this college. About 2% students were placed. Only one company visit for campus placement, Uttam Galva, which gives about 3.25 LPA. No information was given about the roles in the company. 5% students got the internship from the college. There is a placement cell. It is not much useful for the students.

A campus only for average students.

Placements: As I have interacted with my seniors, the placement percentage is very low in CS and IT branch. In the other branches, there is no student who has selected as not a single company visited the college. But the last year about 15 students selected through campus placement from different branches. The highest package was 6 LPA in the year 2015, and the minimum package can be seen as 1.5 LPA.

My college description in a few words.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. I am from the mechanical engineering branch, and most of the companies visit here every year. The students get the job on their talent. All the overwrites for my college placements are good. The faculty members help the students during the placement time, and if you are talented, then you get the job in my opinion. Most of the companies like T-Series, Honda, Infosys, etc., visit the campus for the placements.

Government engineering college Ajmer, placement, faculty, infrastructure description.

Placements: The placement in the college is average. For the last few years, the companies that visited the campus were TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Honda. The students from CS and IT branch are preferred more for the placement. TCS selects the most number of students, and they are generally from CS branch. The package in the campus is about on 3.5 lacs per annum on an average.

My teachers and my future in GECA Ajmer

Placements: The placement doesn't have any important role in any college status but it seems that in our college, the package is average, not to good but not too bad. Placements are average in every branch but as an individual, I would like to suggest you the mechanical branch in G.E.C.A.

Government Engineering College, Ajmer review.

Placements: According to my knowledge, the placements are below average. There's no effort by the staff for the companies to visit our college for placement. Whatever placement is done is for core branches like civil, electrical, mechanical and computer science; for all the other branches, there is no placement.

Overall, this college is average but when compared to other private colleges, it is good.

Placements: There are no good placement opportunities for the electrical engineering branch but if you are from CS/IT branch then you can be placed in MNCs like TCS, Wipro, HCL, Indian Army, etc. The average salary offered is 4 lacs per annum. The placement percentage is approximately 30%.

A sufficient college for education and student's needs.

Placements: I volunteered in TPO, so I can tell very well about placements in our college. This year, 15 companies visited our college like, Adani, MothersonSumi, Shree Cement, BOSCH, etc. These were the big paying companies. Most of the eligible students got placed this year. The eligibility criteria was no backs and minimum 60% aggregate marks. The average package was 3.5 lakhs PA. The highest was given to 2 mechanical students by BOSCH to be 4 lakhs PA. But, our students failed to get selected in Adani a...

A good college with many opportunities in Rajasthan.

Placements: CS-IT Placements are good. But for the other branches, there is no scope for the campus placement. The average salary offered is Rs 3.5 lakhs, and the companies visiting are TCS, Adani, HP, Metacube and Uttam Galva. Companies like Honda and Tata Motors were also invited by the college for job opportunities.

Dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Placement is good for CS/IT, EC branch students. Because there are TCS, HCL, IDEA etc for placements. Average package is up to 4 lakh. But for other branches, it is not good. I have ME as my branch and no company came for us. So I didn't get a chance to be placed.

An average college with 2nd highest placement percentage in RTU. Though it has its own setbacks but can be very nurturing and developing for an active person. Infrastructure is mediocre but it's still improving. Facilities in campus is sufficient. The crowd over here is partially active. But exposure in the city like Ajmer is little less, though efforts are being made to improve it.

This is the only Government College which is offering B.Tech (civil) under IP University. It is located in the outskirts area of Delhi but for civil the location is good because you need more open area to do some practical’s. At the same time connectivity is a big. Though it is specializing in civil and environment but required faculty is not here.

Being a Government college in the state of Gujarat, Government Engineering college, Dahod is nearly FREE in terms of Educational Fees. Though Male students have to pay a meager amount of 1500 per year and some other expense like library and Gym and other fees amounts to 600-700 but the total amount per year will never reach upto 2500. for Girls it's completely Free. So if you are not from rich or economically strong background, this can be a viable option. The college hostel is yet to start but ...

Our college is average in facilities, placements and poor about campus. Faculty members are good.

Placements: Around 20% to 30% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered in on-campus placements is 9 LPA. The average salary package offered is approximately 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, HP, Industrial company, Infosys, etc. Very few students got internships, and majorly CS students got internships.

It is a good college, but now, this comes under BTU, so the recruiting companies are not good.

Placements: Around 250 students out of 370 got placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL, HP, Tata Steel, Janson, NCL, NBC and many others. So overall, this was great. The infrastructure is average, but the education provided is good. The support staff are very helpful.

I am dissatisfied because of the system, but placements are good.

Placements: Placements in this college are average, and the placements percentage is hardly about 40% of total students. Placements in other branches are also bad like ME, CE, ECE, etc. Only CSE, IT and EIC students got good placements. The average salary package offered is about 3 LPA.
