It is an average college lack of facilities, but the environment is nice.

Placements: I am a CSE, 2nd-year student, and it was my big mistake to chose this college, and in the first round of counselling, only merit holder gets admission here. But finally in spot round anyone can get admission here, and even students who score 60% can also get admission here, which results in the low-quality study. The placement rate is only 60%, and the average salary package offered for CSE branch is 4 LPA. Infosys, Wipro and Sopra are some reputed companies in our college. Only a few students g...

Come and learn from the experts.

Placements: The placement provided by this college is good as compared to other colleges in Ajmer. Companies like Wipro and TCS came to campus and took almost 70 students on a package of 3.2 lac. The scene was same for our seniors also. The TPO of our college is working hard to get companies to the campus.

Amazing people but college is average.

Placements: Placement of our college is not what you want but can be considered better than others as big companies like wipro, honda, adani and TCS came on campus and offered profile of software engineer and sales. The highest package was 5 lac and the lowest was 2.6 lac. Internship is mandatory for all the students and students have to arrange the internship by themselves.

One of the best colleges in Rajasthan.

Placements: Students were offered decent packages compared to other state-level colleges. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Honda and Adani visited the campus to recruit the final year students. The package offered to the students varied from 2.8 lacs per annum to 5 lacs per annum. Students have to manage on their own to get internships, and you can take the help of your peer network and seniors to get it, but it is mostly unpaid.

I am satisfied with faculty members, infrastructure and good placements.

Placements: Almost 6 people from our batch got placed. I got placed in Wipro and others were placed in TCS. There was a total of 51 placements by TCS, and 3 by Wipro and other companies. The average salary package offered was 3.2 LPA. People interned from different industries. I have interned from Shree Cement Ltd., and most of the students did from Indian Railways and other industries.

Satisfied with the infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Almost all the students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies like HCL, TCS, Metacube, and Daffodil, etc., visited our campus for placements. Most of the students were placed in TCS, and the college doesn't allow the students who were already placed to apply for the forthcoming placement drives so that the remaining students can get chances to get placed in those drives.

One of the good colleges in Rajasthan.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. Many good MNCs visited the campus for placements and recruited students in bulk. Some of the IT companies are TCS, HP and HCL. If you have good knowledge of your subject, you will get placed. Other colleges also invite the students of different colleges to attend pool campus placements.

It's an average college, and you have to study hard to have a good future.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. Almost 40-50 students got placed in various companies. The highest salary package offered was around 5 LPA. The average salary package offered was around 3.5 LPA. There was a placement cell, and that was quite useful. Mostly, IT companies visited the campus for placements, that year.

I am absolutely satisfied due to the teachers and good placements offered in our college since 2013.

Placements: About 70% of the students from our course have been placed until now. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, HTC, Wipro, etc. The top role offered in our course is a programmer. About 50% of the students from our course got internships in TCS.

It is a good college for hard-working students, and I recommend joining this college.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. You need to have some skills and basic knowledge to get placed from this college. For that, you need to focus on your studies. Skilled people need not worry to enrol in this college because it's good for them.

Best faculty and student interaction.

Placements: Placement of our college was best. Companies like Adani Mahindra and TCS, Wipro came and more than 50 to 60 percent of students were selected. There is a separate placement cell in our college. They help students to reach the capability to achieve what they want.

There is real struggle in this college.

Placements: TCS and Honda were the only 2 companies which visited our campus for placements. The salary package offered by TCS was 3.15 LPA, and the salary package offered by Honda was 4.80 LPA. Around 64 out of 560 students were placed. TCS offered software engineer roles, and Honda offered the role of sales executive trainee. Indian Army also visited for placements, but no student got selected. For internships, students have to approach institutes by themselves, and there is no proper procedure in place f...

There are mixed feelings, both good and bad at the same time about the college.

Placements: There are not many placements opportunities in the college. Only a few companies visit, and they too offer very low packages. This college is not very good for placements. The college provides no internships; thereby, students have to search for companies on their own. The training and placement cell is of no use.

Not that satisfied with the college, and I am disappointed with it.

Placements: The placements of the college are not good. But every year the average package offered is approximately 3-4 lacs per annum. TCS and Wipro visit the campus for recruitment. There is a training and placement cell which is very much obliged and hardworking, and TPO is the training and placement office in which students and professor are members.

Review of Government Engineering College, Ajmer.

Placements: Currently, there are no placements for the civil engineering department, but they are likely to improve for the upcoming batches because this course was introduced in this college in 2012. The placement cell works hard to improve the placements.

As far as I know, this is an average college, but it is better than many other private colleges.

Placements: The placements of our college are average, but they improved to a great extent now. 50% to 60% of the students get placed every year. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, Mahindra and many others visit the college for placements.

It has good infrastructure, facilities and culture but doesn't expect anything from faculty.

Placements: The placement was good for my batch, especially for CS branch. Almost 40 students (the average package is 3 LPA) placed among 120 students. For other branches, there is not much placement. Other branches student were also placed in IT companies. Indian army, Bank of Baroda, Rajasthan roadways are some government recruiters.

Only one thing I want to say that, if you are serious about your career then college will help you.

Placements: The placements offered in my college are neither good nor too bad but as an average. It depends on how you utilise your four years of experience here. As you will work hard, your future will be safe and secured so don't waste your four years of demanding times. Fully utilise it.

Review by Ramesh Sain, B.Tech in CS-2015, taking the bow.

Placements: It's a very good college for those looking for the engineering in CS, IT and mechanical. At my time, there were 120 placements from the 500 strength, in MNCs like the TCS and such. There is a little awareness in every student in college about the new technology, and about their future plans.

The college is not very good but also is not the worst.

Placements: The placement in the electrical branch is very poor. The average placement in the electrical branch is between 2 to 3 lacs per annum every year. 30 to 40% students are placed by this branch. The highest salary offered in this branch is about 11 lacs per annum.
