B.Sc. in Electronics Science - Batch of 2023

Very satisfied with the course, fees, and the excellent faculty
Placements: Basically, we were a 25-student batch, and 12 of them got placed. The rest chose the higher course from the same college. The highest package was about 4 LPA. The companies like Deloitte came for placement. Even 6 of our batchmates got internships in some electronic companies with paid internships.
Infrastructure: They have separate hostels for boys and girls, and it's on the campus. The 2-3 mess has excellent facilities. You don't have to walk more to reach the hostel from the college. It’s also nearest to the library. The library is huge and open till 12 p.m. and 8 o’clock in the morning.
Faculty: Awesome faculty covers the whole syllabus on time, solves the problems of students, and even helps in many ways. Katti mam and Jhambre sir are so helpful; they give time to those students who are preparing for competitive exams. I cleared my Air Force exam in between, of course, because of the support of these teachers.
Other: If you are preparing for government exams and want to do BSc, then electronic science is the best option because you get enough time and teachers’ support for studies.

Rank 1 college in Maharashtra.
Placements: Basically For BA in Fergusson, we don't have any placement cell. In Ferguson all the students most probably come for civil service. Even if you don't want to do civil service, after BA you get many opportunities like teaching career, etc. But for BSC, there is good placement offered by the college.
Infrastructure: Fergusson has the biggest library and reading room. There are a lot of options for food inside the campus; there are 3-4 canteens inside the college. The college has 3-5 hostels for boys & 3-5 hostels for girls as well. The college also has 3-4 parking spaces for students. Indeed, Fergusson has the most beautiful campus.
Faculty: Fergusson has highly qualified staff. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The exam difficulty level was average to moderate; it depends on students studies. For 1 year, there are 2 semesters. In 1 semester, we have a CE exam for 25 marks, a practical with 25 marks, and a 50-mark written paper.

Best College For M.Sc. in Pune.
Placements: The placement record of the college is excellent. Very good companies visit here to hire students in every field, not only in the core sector but also in the non-core sector. More than 80% of the students get placed in our batch. The highest salary package was around 18 LPA, and the average package was around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Annual fest is the main big fest organized by the college every year. The campus is so big and beautiful. The best thing about the hostels is that they are within walking distance from the college, so you do not have to take tension about going to classes. Mess food quality is superb. Wi-Fi is provided to us for our further studies.
Faculty: I chose this subject because it is a very interesting field that explains the Earth's interior. There are almost 8 faculty members in our department, and all of them are highly qualified and excellent in their respective fields. There are mainly 2 exams in a year, and both of the exams are difficult to pass.

The infrastructure is wonderful; you really get to feel that college vibe.
Placements: The placement of the college is good here. Even if you are an average student, you can easily get placed. Many companies come every year for hiring on campus, including IBM, Wipro, TCS, and MNCs like Google and Accenture. The highest package ever received here is 1 crore by a B.Tech student, and the average package is 5 lakh. The percentage of students placed every year who opt for placements is honestly more than 70%.
Infrastructure: Campus life is one of the most beautiful takeaways from this college. You get to know people from all over India and even some friendly countries. The annual festival happens during the last month of the year and consists of cultural and departmental celebrations. The library is a must-visit place, with over 200,000 books on various topics and a study hall for focused study. The antiquity of the college is an issue when it comes to introducing new technology. The college promotes all sports, both on and off campus. There are mainly three student-run clubs, namely SOEC, SAATHI, and ASTROCLUB. Being a member of AstroClub myself, I would really invite astronomy enthusiasts to showcase their talent at our club.
Faculty: The student-to-faculty ratio is pretty good here. In fact, you also get your personal mentor regarding any academic or other problems. The faculty I liked is Pankaj Bhatt sir because he is very friendly with us, supports our work, and is easily reachable whenever we need help. The faculty I didn't like is Ankush Manocha sir; he is more like a traditional teacher who shares PPTs all at once and doesn’t notice if you are learning or not. He is not very friendly with students. Talking about exams, there is a first class test in three CAs, but only the best two are considered. Then there are mid-term exams and end-term exams. If you perform well in CAs and mid-term exams, you can easily clear your end-term exams since they cover 50% of the material. Exams are not tough if you have studied a little. The course is relevant as you can learn new things and technologies through it.

Fergusson College life at campus .
Placements: 49 out of 70 students were placed last year. The highest package is 14 Lacs. The lowest package is 2 Lacs. The average package is 6.7 Lacs. Top recruiters are Biocon, Accenture, and ICAR. Most of the students got internship in third year of their undergrad in above-mentioned companies. Roles like biotechnology engineer and recruiter are offered.
Infrastructure: Facilities like libraries, big classrooms, computer laboratories, hostels for both genders with adequate space, a botanical garden, parking, 3 canteens, an amphitheater, a close amphitheater along with an open amphitheater, all types of laboratories, tennis clubs, badminton courts, and all types of playgrounds are there.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely helpful, creative, supportive, and well educated; almost everyone is a Ph.D. holder in their respective subjects of interest. Curriculum is NEP 2020 2.0, where there is a slight change in curriculum with more flexibility according to the students studying.
Other: This course have a vast scope in future to inculcate all the types of problems to be solved like climate change, food habits, etc. The best thing about the course is that we can have huge respect and lots of option in every industry. The laboratory skills should be more tough rather than basic. Dozens of events, campus crowds are huge, connectivity is good for social activities, and scholarships for EWS students are still provided according to their needs.

Good college for students!
Placements: Placements are good in our college. Mainly for the IT students. Our college guides us enough to become industry ready but in M.Sc. Physics no high number of students placed. Most of them likely to pursue Ph.D. after the course completion. The average salary package was around 3 Lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The campus is very beautiful and well-lit during the night time. There are many clubs and societies present in our college which any students can join. The library is very big and consists of many books. Mess food is good and hygienic. Wi-Fi is provided for our studies. Many hostels are near to the college within a walking distance.
Faculty: The course curriculum of M.Sc. Physics is very hectic in our college. There are 3 lab exams and 5 theory paper in our 1st year. Faculty members are decent and were very friendly to us. They were highly experienced and very research-oriented. Exams are often easy but you have to study hard to pass the exams.
