The college is good for academics, but not for enjoying college life.

Placements: Placements in the college are pretty average. The highest salary package offered was 5-6 LPA, the average was 3 LPA, and the lowest was around 1.80 LPA. TCS was the major recruiter in 2016, with recruiting almost 120 students from a batch of 300. Internship opportunities were very less as the college vacation period was not even a month.

It is great for education but there is no scope for practical knowledge and experience.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite good compared to other colleges. But, IT companies were invited to the campus in the 8th semester which is very late. Majority of the students were placed after the completion of the course. Companies like L&T, and Sterlin and Wilson Pvt. Ltd., also visited the college after the completion of our course.

This is a college that all the parents would love and not the students.

Placements: They promise placement to the ones who have a good pointer. Around 70% of the students who apply for placement actually get placed but hardly 30% of the students get placed in the high package companies. The average package for 2018 batch was hardly 3 lacs per annum. Also the maximum students were placed in an IT company which came as a mass recruiter. The senior batch had a better placement record in terms of the companies as well as that package. Max profiles offered were of marketing or sales...

Good faculty and infrastructure with excellent extra curricular facilities.

Placements: The placements organized are very good. Around 80% students get placed every year. Companies like TCS, L&T, Reliance Jio, Byju have come for recruitment. The job profiles offered by them are mainly software developer, Business Development Associate, Assistant Manager.

Vidya mandir/ Quality education at the par.

Placements: It's really good. Placement in for. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology is very good. There is 100% placement in this college. If you have the potential and interest in getting placed you will get a very good package. Minimum package that you will get is 3 Lacs and the highest package you will get 8 Lacs depending on your skills.

Think once before joining the college.

Placements: Placements in our college are relatively good compared to other engineering colleges. As I am a mechanical student, I can say about our placements. According to my knowledge, almost 35-40 students out of 70 in a batch got placed. Many of the jobs were related to management and sales. Few students got placed in the core companies. The highest package of around 5.5 lacs per annum was offered to 5 students by Godrej.

It is a good and developing college, in 10-15 years it may become one of the best colleges.

Placements: The placements are good for all the streams provided as you have to possess the adequate marks and communication skills. You also need to work towards the overall development of your personality and soft skills. The companies such as Petrofac, Godrej, TCS, Infosys, Intel Microsoft, and L&T visit the campus, but most of these don't offer a good package, but still, the placement opportunity is provided for the students. KJ Somaiya is better in placements and other aspects, and it is such a better ...

The best college for the students, who want to pursue their dreams.

Placements: There was a placement cell in the college. Since I applied for my higher studies, I didn't apply for placements on the campus. The placements were good as almost everybody who applied for placements got placed by the end of their final year. The companies like TCS, Petrofac, JSW Steel, L&T, etc., visited the campus for placements.

The college has decent infrastructure and teaching.

Placements: Every year, a decent number of multinational IT companies visit the campus for placements. Maximum salary offered is around 5 LPA. The companies like TCS, Capgemini, Xoriant, and many others visit the campus for placements. Most of the roles offered by various companies were related to software development.

Memorable 4 years of my engineering life!

Placements: Did not apply for placements as I had my own family business. Got offers offline but as I had a descent backup I joined my own family business. Our college overall had descent placements with majority being selected by TCS and a base salary of 1.92lacs per annum (not sure). .

An excellent college and good campus.

Placements: The placements are very good in our college. This is the best college I have found for placements. Every student gets a chance to show their skills, and get placed in any field they want. During my batch, mostly, every student got placed.

FCRIT Navi Mumbai review - Strict but Good college.

Placements: Placements is good enough if you are from Computer Science or Information Technology Course. Placements for core companies is somewhat less for Mechanical Engineering Course and negligible for Electronics and Telecommunication Course. Placement co-coordinator is very helpful in all the activities.

In 2015, the placements were good. The college has good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placements are good. Every student gets chance to apply for placements. TPO works hard to make every student get placed. The packages offered were good. Also, the faculty takes aptitude tests to prepare for placements, so that each student gets to know about their aptitude skills and how much they need to improve.

The college has good placements, infrastructure, and faculty members.

Placements: The placements in our college are good as per MU standards. Big companies like ThyssenKrupp, Larsen & Toubro, Siemens, Petrofac, TCS, Jacobs, etc., visit the college for the placements. The placements for electrical and mechanical branches are good, but not so great for EXTC, as electronics and telecom companies don't visit the campus for the placements.

The transition period from school to coperate life.

Placements: The overall placement was somewhere around 80%. The highest package offered was 5.5 Lacs by Godrej Boyce. Average package was 3.45 Lacs. Companies visited- Godrej, LNT, PETROFEC, TCS, JSW, ORACLE, THYSENKRUPP, ATOS, NSE, LNT INFOTECH, and many more. Yes there was placement cell. Being a part of placement cell, I would say that it was very helpful and effective interms of greeting background of companies, what role they are offering, which location they are offering, package etc.

The college has really great faculty and good placements.

Placements: The college has a separate placement cell. The faculty are good, but they should bring those companies which don't have any criteria for the percentage. For my batch, the placements were good. Companies like TCS, Godrej, Oracle, etc., visited the college. I think 90% of the students got placed.

The infrastructure is very good. Good placements for computer and IT branch students.

Placements: The placements are good. Many companies visit for computer science and IT students, but they are not dreaming companies for the students. The package offered was 3-4 lacs per annum. Dream companies offer the package of 5 lacs per annum. Almost, every student who was eligible for the students was placed. Eligibility criteria are 6.75 CGPA and above. TCS is the mass recruiter.

Good college but don't take admission if you want freedom.

Placements: Fairly good placements, almost 100% placement. TCS is mass recruiter here. Few core companies come every year. Dream company comes sometimes. Placement cell is there along with Placement Coordinators in every class to help out. Placement activity takes place almost every week by senior students to guide juniors with Aptitude tests, interviews, etc.
