Review of G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Pune.

Placements: I don't think most of the students got placed because companies which visited here are from BPO background. I think the highest salary package offered by Amazon is approximately 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, Ford Motor, etc. I don't know about the top roles which are offered to the students.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty. The college only works for money.

Placements: Only 2% of the students are placed, not more than that. Students were offered placements on terms and conditions by the company. Actually, placements are not offered related to branch. Students apply for the next branch companies by switching their branch. The highest salary package offered is 1.7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. Amazon and Election are the top recruiters. The salary package offered in our course is 1.2-1.5 LPA. Almost 30-35% of the students got internships.

It is an average college without any good placement records.

Placements: Only 5% of the students from our course got placed in IT and marketing firms. Not a single mechanical related or core company visited here placements. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Most of the students completed their internship on their own without the help of college.

The college has good infrastructure, bad staff, and bad placements.

Placements: Our college is in Pune, so many companies visit our campus for placements. In the current scenario, there is a vast recession in the mechanical and automotive field. Hardly 1 company offered core post as a mechanical engineer, and all the campus drives are for finance, BPO, sales, etc. About 8- 10 companies visit our campus for placements. Only 1 or 2 students got placed in the core field. About 50-100 students got placed in the non-technical field. About 300 students are there in the mechanical...

I am totally dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: Placements in our college were the worst. Only 2 or 3 students from our batch got placed through on-campus placements. The rest of all have applied for off-campus placements, and they got placed. Even I got selected through off-campus recruitment. So placements are very poor here. I would rate 4 out of 10 for the placements.

This college is just for looting your money.

Placements: Honestly, there are no placements since the last 2-3 years. However, two companies came to offer us BPO jobs. Most of the time, the companies never declare the result. In the year of 2018, two companies came to this college twice and no one was selected. Some companies just come for advertising yet no one was selected from our batch. Sometimes, the college announces that some companies coming for placements, but they never come.

Absolutely dissatisfied with faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Max 5 to 6 companies come for placements with packages of 1.60 to 1.80 LPA. Probably 5% of the students got internships from the college. The lowest salary offered by the companies is 1.6 LPA, and the maximum is 1.80 LPA. Only 2 companies were related to our field, and others were call-centres. Amazon offered call- centre jobs to mechanical students.

Dissatisfied by the placement. Average infrastructure.

Placements: There are no placement for mechanical course. At the most 2-3 mechanical core companies had came for hiring but not even 1 student is placed in core mechanical company. For mechanical branch teachers have arranged interview of amazon BPO. Which is not even 1% connected to mechanical and 5 students got placed.

Please don't waste your money by joining here.

Placements: There are no placements in the college. Sometimes, they called BPO companies to show the placements for the students, but it doesn't worth for engineering students. These BPO placements can get easily even the outside campus as well. They are just forwarded mail to the private consultant, so please don't waste money, time, and your career by joining this college.

Please don't take admission, it is the worst college, only the fees are high.

Placements: It is the worst college for placement. After completing engineering, the students started a job with the help of consultancy or reference. Then, the college placement cell requested to mail their joining letter for showing that they got placed by the college. It is really a very bad college. Please read the review carefully.

The worst college I have ever seen in my life.

Placements: No placement. Placement in this college is a myth. They don't even conduct the training placement programme. The companies that visited the college belongs to BPOs and stuff. And the packages are also poor, like 1.5 lakh p.a. Worthless college. Just a waste of money.

By far the worst college I've seen in a long time.

Placements: This college has never been a placement master and surprisingly the management is not so focused about the placement of the students. Rather, the group is very much keen in making money from wherever possible. No company visits for campus placement and even if 2-3 companies come for the same, they don't hire any student from the college. 2-3 companies had visited our campus during my time and hired around 5-6 candidates. The highest salary offered was 3.4 LPA and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. The plac...

Bad placement records, very dissatisfied because of faculty.

Placements: Placements are very poor in this college. In my class of 90+ people, only one girl got placement. Few companies visited the campus but they selected 1 or 2 or single digit students. Salary offered on an average is Rs. 2 lacs per annum. Name of companies that visited are Opulent, Syntel, Tech Mahindra but in Nagpur campus. A few startup companies also visited. Software developer, tester, support roles were offered. 0% students got internship from college. I don't know about on paper.

This is the worst college in Pune University. Please guys don't enroll yourselves for any course in this college. This college only has one motto “Make money by fooling the people". This is a minority college so this is one of the main reasons this college is not following any regulations. And most of the faculty members lack basic knowledge of the subject, they are not even able to speak properly. Placement department has only one task add more and more companies on the display list so the stud...
