Ridiculous college with just 10% placements.

Placements: The placements of the college are far below the average and worst as only 5 to 10 students are selected every year, out of nearly 200 students. The companies are also not interested in taking an interview in this college, as only a few local and 2 or 3 well-known companies visit this college every year, but they just ask for an interview. So, the placements is a severe issue of the college.

This college provided a major path towards my successful career.

Placements: Placements were above average during my time. Major companies visited for placements were Infosys, Persistent, Tech Mahindra, Syntel, etc. Now, the placements are improved in a better way. Also, the students are guided for interview and aptitude.

This is a kabhi khushi kabhi ghum college.

Placements: There are no placements for civil engineering in MIT, Aurangabad but the other branches have the placements with a nice package and good placement. In the civil branch, no placement is provided in MIT as well as in this region. We get a good practice for some real-time experience. There is a good staff at MIT.

A complete step to get perfectly educated.

Placements: The placements here are very good, renowned, and well-reputed companies come here to give job. MIT gives great job opportunities in the face of placements companies like Varroc, IBM, Dell, HP come every year to the college. Some of the multinational companies also give job opportunities to the students.

Dissatisfied faculty because they don't want anyone to swim in a different direction.

Placements: I won't be interested in getting placed in my college. They took efforts conducts the various program, but about 2 to 5 students get placement. I started my own firm. The college won't care whether you got a job or not. They do care if you think out of the box.

My college Maharashtra Institute of Technology is the best college.

Placements: The placements in our college are very good and in the best companies of Maharashtra, and not only Maharashtra but all over India. Our college is very good because it gives a B.Tech degree which is considered somewhat better than BE. Because of that degree, we are easily placed in top companies in Maharashtra and India. My friend is doing a job in BMW. He also certified our college. I think that our college is very nice for placement.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of everything.

Placements: There wasn't any campus placement in the college. I don't know about my senior students but in my batch, I think just one student selected the campus selection organised by the college. Mostly we have to attend the other open campuses for the placement. Sorry, but this is the reality of the campus placement. The institute may be average for other facilities but the campus placement it's very poor.

The college has good infrastructure, and average placements.

Placements: The placements are not satisfactory for my batch and also for seniors. 5-10% of the students of 2014 batch got placed. On an average 3.5 lpa salary was offered. Companies like Nirlep, Verroc, Infosys, Bosch, etc., visited for the placement. Mostly the roles offered graduate engineer trainee post. In our college, there is no internship offered.

The MIT engineering college's detailed and genuine view.

Placements: In the last batch, 2 students were placed in the college. In the year 2015-16 eight students were placed, which was only 14% of the total eligible candidates. The highest salary offered is about Rs. 3 LPA and the average salary is about Rs. 2-2.4 LPA. The companies like Varroc, Amazon, Dhoot Transmission and some local and medium companies visit us every year. The designation offered to the students are the trainee engineer, the assistant engineer etc. We have to get internships through our own ...

Infrastructure and facilities, placement, and canteen are good in our college.

Placements: In our batch, 10-11 students are placed. Only 10% of students are placed in LG, Flipkart, TSC etc. as a trainer in the company with the highest salary of about 4.8 lakhs per annum.

A good college if you just want to study but no placement assistance

Placements: The placement is not good at all. Only about 20 to 30% students were placed in the previous year. The average package was about 2.4 lacks per anum. The placement assistance is also average, not very helpful. There is no internship provided by the college, so if you want to do it, you have to do it on your own.

Heading towards being the best Institute.

Placements: I am in final year. It's almost the end of the 7th sem. Till now, we have had 1 software company on our campus and 4 companies for pool campus. The average package offered was around 2.5 to 4.5 lakhs. The jobs offered were in the field of big data, web development, Android development and product marketing. Internships were also offered at a stipend of 5k per month.

MIT College of Engineering. A good opportunity to explore yourself.

Placements: Placement is good. I am placed in Videocon Industry Ltd, Aurangabad through campus selection. Also, my friends have been placed in Varroc Engg, Konecranes, Asahi India Glass etc. Almost 10-12 companies visited for campus selection every year. Best thing is that the students get placed in core companies.

State of the art facilities for an educational institute, lacks in placements.

Placements: Placements were not extraordinary for our college that year. Around 20% people were placed. Highest salary 4 LPA, lowest 1.8 LPA. Bosch India, Endurance, Godrej were among recruiters. The role offered was of graduate trainees. Internships are not applicable for our degree of BE.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, placement etc.

Placements: There are fewer placements taking place in the college and they offer very low packages. The companies coming to the college are all local companies i.e. only from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. So I think there must be in improvement in placements. Companies which visited are Indurance Pvt. Ltd and Grinde Master Pvt Ltd. They offer the role of Trainee Engineer. The college does not any internship and no stipend is offered.

Better environment when compared to other army institutes.

Placements: Good placements only for those who did hard work and are efficient. Infosys, Tata communications, Godrej, Videocon, Siemens, etc. hired the students. Out of 150 students, 80-90 get placed and others went for PG. 100% students got internship in top MNCs like Tata, Infosys, DRDO, ISRO etc. 70% of the students get placement opportunity during the internship. Good support from the institute for approaching the industry.

It has a very dedicated placement cell which arranges campus drives every year. College helps students by informing upcoming off-campus drives in near future. In this college, personal attention is given to the students and the teachers are very cooperative. There is a great integration of software for a learning experience, and a very experienced faculty team who provide great analytical knowledge of various things. I think the college is doing pretty well and continuously upgrading itself. I think the only changes or improvements required are that they should work on more practical learning, infrastructure and value addition through research.
